App no longer opens since last update on Mar 22. All I get is a white screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still won't open.
Very helpful and easy to use. The only thing that would be more helpful is depositing checks by taking a picture on your phone (only because I live out of state and refuse to change banks).
This is the absolute worse bank i have ever banked with. App is complete trash and needs completely redone. And the company itself needs to remember that it is my money that I am spending so they should stop locking my card after every transaction I make. I highly reccomend going with Trona valley much easier to deal with.
Best mobile banking app ever. Super easy to use and makes any banking function totally accessible from mobile device. A GREAT app that just adds more to the very best bank with the friendliest, most helpful staff!
Used this app for a long time to check balances and move money. Now the update wont let me use it until i upgrayyd my phone. Not happy!
Lately I've got error messages 90% of the time its become unusable. On a Samsung S10.
Handy, could allow a bit more detailed services, but generally good working app.
Keeps saying "unfortunately RSNB stopped working". Worked great until the last few weeks.

The improved version is outstanding! It keeps getting better, though today a glitch is showing zero savings. I will have to make a call Monday.
I can't get signed in! My phone upgraded to Marshmallow and I installed the RSNB update and I keep getting a System Error message. FIX IT!! The old version was better. At least I'd know what my account balance is with it.

Does everything I need
I love that I can do mobile check deposits, it saves me time and fuel. My only complaints are that the history for mobile check deposits should be the history from day 1, not just 30 days. These deposit images should also carry to the bank website, which I use to reconcile my bank accounts, but they don't, so if I don't recall what the mobile deposit was for I have to use the app to look at the history and hope it was recent enough to still be in the history.
