This is an excellent rss and atom feed reader. The user interface is intuitive, clear and simple. It is very easy to add new rss/atom feeds and put them in groups. It has helpful options/settings, such as the option to download a full article. Free of annoying adverts. Recommended.

Edit: the read all button at the bottom right - it disappears often. I don't know how to get it back. 👍👍👍👍 Has worked excellently so far, Has not hanged up on me like Flym does. If I could change one thing : FLYM has a function to detect a live RSS feed from the address you type, before adding it to your feed. This app doesn't do that, it accepts whatever address you type, even if it isn't a proper RSS feed.

Some time ago the app stopped loading images although the option is activated. What I also don't like is that the app loads new articles during scrolling, when the scrollbar reaches the top. Because very often you don't want to load new articles, but just read what is already loaded and exit. I think a special refresh-button would be more appropriate. I also think that the options "Mark all as read" and "Remove all read" could be combined in one option "Remove all" as I often execute them in a sequence.

Exactly what I needed! A transparent (you can set how much) configurable widget with a simple reader and good controls on what to download when. Edit: after some usage, I found two flaws. One, there's apparently no way to change the category of a feed after it's created - the only way I found is to delete and recreate the feed under the desired category. Two, it doesn't support RDF, and some feeds are still only RDF. I'll bump back the stars, one for each feature, if it becomes available.

Does the job. Easy to setup feeds. Needs a few tweaks on interface like adding groups on the slide out and reorganizing feeds easily. It also doesn't actually change notification sound to silent when changed for some reason, so notifications are out for me. Built in dark theme is great. It's a bit slow on refreshing feeds, but nothing crazy. 20-30 second refresh isn't a deal breaker but it seems long without downloading any images.

Good app overall, but I wish it was possible to search for a string on all the downloaded content, a simple grep would be enough. Sometimes I start reading some post, don't finish it, close the app. When I open the app next time the list view opens and I can't find the article that I was reading. It would be easy to find it if I could type in some keywords in the search. Is it possible to add this feature? Thank you.

Best rss app I've tried so far and I've tried at least five, but you still have room for improvement. The ability to hide all read posts instead of deleting them so that they don't show up again when it re-syncs would be nice, as would the ability to open all unread posts or just all unread in a feed in the default browser. Like if you could add options that do these when I long press on the feed then that would be great! feeder.co for chrome desktop already does the last 2 btw so go have a look

Great no-frills RSS reader & highly customizable. Opera Mini which I relied on for RSS Feeds had this feature removed in the latest update. Two suggestions: 1.The app should follow the System Theme instead of having to change it manually (or have the toggle in the main screen instead of having to dig into Settings). 2. Upon clicking on a feed it should directly open in the default browser instead of having to long press on it and selecting to "Open in browser".

This is the best RSS reader I've found, and I've looked around A LOT. All it needs is the ability to disable the swipe gestures on entries, because it interferes with pulling in the sidebar.

A wonderful app for pepole like me who want to read everything in one place. The UI is intuituve and easy. One request though: some languages are read rtl and not ltr. Would be nice if there was a button to change between rtl and ltr.

Zso. M. Sep 23, 2020

UI is a bit cumbersome. Wish there was a dark mode and additional UI changes (i.e. font, size of letters). wish it could be set, to open article by default full, wish open article in browser could be set. wish it could use notification bar more creatively (not just how many unread items there are, but customizing it, etc.). It isn't a bad app, it (or some other RSS reader) will replace most of what I'm using Facebook feed for. It just needs more

Terrible app. Uploaded my opml file. Took several hours to load all feeds (I have quite a lot ), and once I cleared out all of the unread articles last night, I reloaded and refreshed this morning. Several hours later snd almost evening here, still none of the new articles have loaded. I also purchased to get rid of the ads. I am sorry developer, but don't waste your money downloading or paying to upgrade.

Great app for reading RSS feeds offline. One minor complaint: When using one-hand to scroll through a list of articles, I often accidentally trigger the left/right function that marks stories read or starred. There should be a setting that allows us to disable that left/right function.

This app is great! It does exactly what I was expecting. It's super easy to add new feeds and manage articles. And you get notifications as you set. Plus it can sync the feed every two minutes. I am very happy with it!

Whi. S. Dec 16, 2021

A function missing is that when scrolling up the items should mark as read after it passes by, or some algorhythm. Needs a mail share function. When a source is read, it should automatically go to the main menu. Main menu needs a function to not show if empty. Needs ability to sort differently, by name, number of feeds in a source, etc.

Aar. T. Feb 25, 2022

The button to add a feed is behind the notification bar making il almost impossible to add feeds. If you tap just beneath the notification bar, you can get it. Also I get errors when trying to export the OPML for feeds.

Ven. A. M. Dec 3, 2021

Frustrating App. Updating feeds is very slow, it's very annoying to switch between read and unread articles, it suddenly forgets which articles were read, and when I finally gave up and try to leave: the OPML export is broken!

All. Oct 9, 2020

Does exactly as it says: reads and notifies on an RSS feed. Fully customizable, including font size, font alignment, dark mode, update frequency, notifications, etc. (I saw another review that said these options were unavailable; however, they are available on my Android Galaxy S9.)

Zac. G. Jul 23, 2021

Almost great (for my use) however one head-scratcher, one possible bug, and one missing feature. First, the head scratcher: unlike 99.999% of news reader software read and unread articles all sit in the SAME feed you're reading from. This is annoying when reading articles by swiping through because any read article, say before doing a new sync, wont just gracefully disaapear and when you're swiping through theres a very good chance you'll end up swiping back through articles you've already read.

Specifically got this app to follow and be NOTIFIED of new posts. The app shows the new posts but not one single notification has ever occurred in the last month since I installed it. It's basically worthless if I don't get notified almost immediately of new posts. Still don't get any notification whatsoever from this app when it's set to do just that. Uninstalling and looking for one that works.

Grabs stuff a day behind, and what it does grab is wholly incomplete. Also getting a lot of failure messages regardless of which mobiliser is used. I was looking for a Feedly replacement but after trying this - mainly because of the high score, which I'm lost on - it makes Feedly look like RSS royalty.

Pra. K. Oct 24, 2020

The offline reading feature is particularly amazing. As of now, the notifications seem a little underused. It updates the amount of new articles, which is not necessary. Instead, I'd like to see a list of new articles every now and then. Thanks for the good work!

Dav. B. May 29, 2020

Minimalist and quick. The only thing I'm wishing for is the ability to add my New York Times RSS feed, but I think their paywall prevents the ability to bring in full articles. Might research this because I could be missing something!

Bri. S. Jan 28, 2020

Alerts and notifications with custom poll frequency (including seconds) & dark theme. Cards would be nice. Intuitive, except modifying existing feeds is located under "Add feed." Paid to upgrade immediately. Thanks!

I was looking for the such app for long time. This is simple and powerful app. There are nice font into news feed. There are possibility to search news sources by key word and possibility to collect feeds in separated categories. Also it has synch setting and dark theme. Many thanks to you Svyatoslav!

I tried several apps before choosing this one. Gets most everything right. One thing on my wish list: It takes 3 taps to share to Pushbullet. I wish it could be less, like remember which one I always press. Also, mark read on scroll off. Good job.

Bar. K. Apr 13, 2021

It's okay. Needs work on interface & settings. Last update Jul-2019. Don't need notifications for everything, only for specific feeds. Need to immediately mark article as unread without having to change view. I want to toggle images on/off without going to settings. Need to sort feeds in a folder. Need feed search & filter.

Aki. L. Aug 23, 2021

It's great and all, but is there a way to implement notifications only for when new feeds arrive? As it is, it keeps notifying me every time about all the unread feeds, and this is not ideal.
