Worst application, Bcz of this app, I have got parking fine. Many times hanging and not working. Their wasting our time..Need to fix it all the issues..
a fantastic app for the navigation, simply could not navigate using Google or waze because of the lane instructions. However there are some issues with the underlying map in some places where the roads have changed but the app hasn't. Also because i rely on the lane guidance so much I would liked to have seen this everywhere but some junctions (maybe 15%) don't have this. Please fix the bug where you set the speed limit to always be shown but sometimes dissapears, for no reason. Good work!
Good idea, but has many bugs! Every time you pay for parking the app crashes. Unlike the sms, doesn't reject the payment incase the parking is free.
Cannot link my license details as everytime it throws an error that system is having issues.
Only Dubai issue driving license holders can access to Get limousine Permits, Abu Dhabi and other Emirates driving license holder having issue to get electronic Permits, even if we logged in through UAE pass, kindly update it and fix the issue. Thanks
The app is not working, everytime I try to scan my driving license or Car registration, it gives and error that "the application is having some trouble connecting the server "
This app doesn't work for salik, always shows have problem with connection server, please try again later. Anyone have same problem??
Not enough Address space provided when renewing License. On top of this it does not even accept comma characters ','. How can you write complete address in such a tiny space without special characters? Further I tried to use mpay and when I went back to the payment page, it said unsuccessful and removed all the details. Now I have to renew from scratch. Better to go and renew license manually rather than using this buggy app. That will be faster.

Great less my time to scan the copy for all renewal
It should show only the dates which are available for booking not all dates. It creates confusion for users ,after selection of date and time there should be a confirmation screen. For me I directly received SMS without any confirmation or success message on screen. It was quite surprising for me while using this app. Also kiosk date and app dates are different, m not sure about any other version of android . I have Android 9.
Sorry to say but this app is not good. Doesn't synch with Rta dubai or other way round. Today I paid parking using one of the app then but it took a long time, later checked for balance one of the app showed 20 n other 10. So thought the other app didn't sync. But didn't realise to check time but for some reason at after noon when I checked the app it's not showing remaining time that's when I realised that parking is not done, paid now. But now fingure crossed, hope I didn't get a fine.
Every time this app is updated it doesn't work and the app deletes the credentials on the phone and you need to sign in again. I've been trying to pay for parking for the last 2 hours. I'm on a prepaid SIM so i don't have funds to pay for parking using SMS. Please fix it.
Bugs. I was checking for road test availability. There is no calender view to see the availability as like in Kiosk. So we need to select time and keep click next button to get to knw the availability. The main issue is when you click next button suddenly it will boom appointmet automatically without going confirm tab. I lost my two weeks.. I need to wait.. to reschdule need to pay 300aed. Please put conformation popup for these kind of actions
Never rely on this app. It will either need an update or will keep on loading when you need it most. You will end up getting a parking fine for sure because of this. Imagine you are on 33rd floor and this app isn't loading or needs an update and you can't extend/pay your parking.
Really bad user experience, even unable to send feedback which is a part of the application. Once the app is loaded,it freezes for so long until it becomes useable.
Don't mind me asking have you developers ever used this app yourself? You will know its such a pain. There may be 5 days in a year when it works flawless. Just for your info the latest fun factor is that once you pay for the ticket the app just closes down and vanishes. Really guys ?
Parking option fails to load
Poorly designed app. When booking the Road test, the app doesn't show the dates and slots available. One has to go through each day and each slot to check the availability.
Very useful you make it all transaction like renew DL REGISTRATION CARD etc..thanks to RTA
The app crashes always, particularly while using parking. App has become useless.
This app is very poorly designed and does too many things without doing anything well. Most RTA features can be found in another app called "RTA Dubai" which is much better and usable than this. Not sure why RTA has multiple apps for the same thing... This app often gets stuck, logs you out, shows incorrect fines or simply doesn't work. Very very bad.
Slow and not responsive
Although app works very well,the thing which annoying me is the prompt message to update traffic file,I switch off the button "don't ask again" but at the time of exit from app..the prompt message comes as default.Kindly look into it.
