RTA Dubai

There's a very annoying glitch when you want to pay traffic fines. If you minimise the screen or mistakenly press back, you have to wait 30 minutes before having to restart the entire process. I always forget and end up not paying the fines. This is a serious issue. Also, this app should accept Google/Samsung pay.

Overall experience is very good. In parking option it would be great if RTA parking is automatically detected. It will be easy to select and park the car without looking at the sign board to know the zone and number.

Some of the parking lots are not recognised by the app, I find great difficulty in paying through credit available in my app. Appreciate if this could be sorted out, maybe payment through WhatsApp, we could text our parking lot number, get a link and do instant payment.

Very easy to use but some time while parking has been taken it becomes difficult to see the current remaining for parking taken due to constant shifting of the information shown by the application, also i have found a bug where auto renewal of parking does not turn off and continue to charge if the mobile internet is switched off and on again.

App unstable. Gets stuck, hangs, hangs, and keeps doing this reliably. However, hard I try to add a star to your rating, you mess it up. So deservingly, you keep getting 1 star. I wish there was an option to give zero stars.

While the service is good UI is below average and needs a remarkable work to be done to bring it to a good standard. I'm really suprised that one of the finest bodies of Dubai have such an average and even below avg looking App.

This application was fine all along. Now if I top up my parking wallet, money gets deducted from my card and confirmation of payment come through email by the wallet balance doesn't change, I'm disappointed. Customer Support simply say application is under maintenance, so way take my money then?

There is bug with this app due to which I was fined. I am sure I have placed the parking ticket also showing on the remaining time on app Dashboard, however I got fine by RTA that there is no ticket.

My rating is not for the app but for RTA itself! I am living in dubai for last 10 years and I must say RTA is the worst service provider im government sector. Dubai metro is exceptional but bus and taxi services are terrible!

I topped my RTA parking account 5aed but I'm still unable to use them because the rta messaging service doesn't work with it. --------------------- 13/04/21 It kept signing out, unable to save personal information, you'll need always to enter your entire data

Many times the app will not identify the parking. The other issue is the constant updating but no notifications of updates.

Worst app in locating the place when needed. I was trying to help my friend to book a taxi and the app doesn't locate itself. Tjme waste and annoying app.

App is good and very useful, but don't like to have the feed back form after every parking payment is done.

Its good and convenience. But hope you change the requirements on activating online top up balance, because for example what if you are far from metro and only bus is available in your area. Hope you consider also the bus nol tap as one of activation option so it would be more convenience for those who are public bus comuters. Thank you

Unstable app. The latest update keeps crashing meaning I can't use it to pay for my parking. 24/12/21 I've just spent another 30 minutes trying to get this app to load up. It doesn't. I can't believe in this day and age, an entity as big as the RTA are unable to deliver a stable, usable app! I have credit on this app. I've been told to use the RTA Dubai Drive app. Reading the reviews before installing, that's even more unstable than this one. Why send a customer to an app that will waste time?

I can Renew my car registration, view traffic fine . Payment of fine. Parking ticket etc.. There are many other features that helps people, to do their work from the app. Easy to access. Saves time.

Amazing experience, as RTA developers have combined different apps to one..and it seems they are continuously improving user experience.

The App is decent but slow and cluttered with inform from UX UI perspective The Salik top does not show top up tye account via credit card Rest seems okay

Amazing it really inform me about everything salik,expiration of license, parking, fine .latest news about laws and changes.

I am unable to pay parking fee online. Its giving error and have to pay via SMS only. Kindly fix the issue

Rta app is good but if we do the payment through app or online, we have to go to metro station to get loaded in my nol card? What's the use? Just avoid to stand in que? For my case I don't want to use metro to commute my every day activities but only nol card upload I have to go metro station. I don't know what kind of security is behind this? Then some bus drivers skipping the bus stop if they stuck between the heavy traffic. Personally I had those bad experience after standing 30 minutes.

It was so much time saving and so friendly to use can finalize all related to RTA subject at one platform with no hassle what so ever

The app keep crashing and now doesnt open on android device.Did update, uninstall and install but still the same, it doesnt open. Im using galaxy fold 2. Kindly fix this issue.

Keeps me up to date on the new rules, policies, and traffic and fine updates.

It's a good practice program and you can do it freely, it makes you ready for driving test of Dubai.

This app you must download very helpful no need to look around for parking timing and zone code just one click all done
