Galaxy J7 This app is amazing, I can find all the schedules for everything and I can purchase my rta passes on here too. The only kink ...is when your looking at the schedules time, it keeps moving on its own making it hard for to pin point the correct time!

I have been using this app for months with no issues. Now I tried to get my month pass with my debit card and it tells me my card has expired. The card expires in 2018 and it's still 2016 can you please fix this mess!

The option for entering payment details can't cope with international users! Not all zip/postal codes are numeric. The field doesn't even display the alphanumeric keyboard. It allows numeric only. Even cutting and pasting a valid postal code fails. This app needs a rethink and decent testing. If a small steamboat company on the Mississippi can make multi ticket family passes work with no problem, RTA should be able to!

WARNING! For every ticket you buy through this app you have to pay a $0.50 "convenience fee". This fee, which surely goes to the contracted app developer that charged the city four times a competitive rate to develop a bad app, makes these tickets PROHIBITIVELY EXPENSIVE. The whole point of transit passes going digital is it should reduce the cost to the user due to much less handling and logistics compared to paper. We should pay less to use digital tickets, NOT MORE! Complete fail!

App does not allow to re-use saved credit card info. You have to re-enter everything in order to pay. Hate to miss the bus, standing there re- typing card info. Other than that the app is usable, I like it. Okay I'm taking some stars....This does not store any payment info and is refusing to memorize or use phone password memory. I had to reset password...seeing my bus coming... and missing it. Please change that.

Great app . I use it all the time. It is very convenient. Just show the driver your pass and keep walking. Taxes are only 0.50 more than you'll pay in cash but it's worth it. Customer service is good they'll refund you immediately if there is an issue.

Do not save your credit card when given the choice, because it will freeze at the point of final payment, i.e. input card info with each purchase. Otherwise, it works. Also, it doesn't go into portrait mode, so you can't see all the columns of bus times

Easy & convenient The 50 cent charge is per order not per ticket. You have to select the tab for multiples. I buy 7 at a time & it's worth it. No more digging for change ..... I'm happy

Awful app. Route map is just a PDF. Service alerts opens a web page. Horrible font. And 50¢ fee on tickets—25%!—is just plain absurd. Just bring cash!

I can't even sign in to this app since the email generated to create a new password never arrived after 2 days of asking. This is BS, fix this app.

The app works well, but it would be beneficial to travelers to have notifications of when/if the ferry is out of commission or running late. If I'm going to spend $65 for a monthly pass, then I should at least be able to be notified if the ferry isn't running. Also there are way too many people using the ferry in Chalmette for RTA to use the "small" ferry during the week.
