With GoMobile, you can see in real-time when the next bus/streetcar will arrive. Purchasing your pass is easy: select your pass type, enter payment information, and you’re ready to go. To pay your fare, all you have to do is tap to use a pass and then scan your ticket when you enter the vehicle, as a backup to the scanner you may need show your phone to the driver. International travelers.. DO NOT USE, unless you are sure your international roaming is good for all areas you travel to, mine was not!!. No matter what you read in instructions and FAQ's you will need internet connection to use the tickets on this app. You can only board once with a Jazzy pass without a connection. On the plus side, RTA staff very understanding of the short comings of this incredibly bad designed app. Much better getting a paper ticket from driver!!!
The app keeps crashing everytime I try to use a ticket 😭 . I update the app, the android sys on my phone, permissions etc. Nothing seems to work it's been happening the past 10 days. Otherwise the app and information is much improved from a year ago, except for the bus ghosting.
App keeps crashing when trying to use the jazzy pass purchased. It also crashed when trying to add a credit card to purchase the pass to begin with. It only works randomly.... What a waste of money.
Constantly crashing in Pixel 6 when attempting to select a payment method. No attempted workarounds we're successful. Attempted workarounds included uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, clearing the app cache and clearing all app data.
After my phone updated the OS to Android 12, it hasn't let me open the 31-day Jazzy pass I bought in a consistent manner. Once I tap on it, the app shuts down most of the time. I give it a 2because it had been very useful until this started to happen a week ago.
(pixel 4) Most greatful for the wonderful rta streetcar conductors who are very patient with riders... that's because this app only functioned (opened the jazzy pass to a scannable screen) about 20% of the times I tried to use my pass. The other 90%, the app crashed and closed out completely. Goes from "use ticket" >> complete shutdown. Horrible experience. Developers be scamming. conductors deserve a pay raise.
Horrible and unreliable. Which also describes the RTA service too. Waited an hour to board ferry and when we finally were able to board app kept crashing when I tried to use my ticket. After looking at other reviews this seems to be very common with Android users
Works for bus times and maps, but crashes every single time you try to use a ticket. Uninstalled, reinstalled, removed payment method, re-uploaded payment method, still crashes. Every. Single. Time.
DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR TICKETS IF YOU ARE ON A PIXEL 6. You can buy tickets (with strenuous effort) but the app immediately crashes when you try to use them, so you'll have to pay in cash on board anyway. Probably the worst transit app I've ever used.
Session expired right when I when I was about to board after being signed in for 3 days. Was able to purchase, and activate boarding pass minutes before, but somehow clicking 'board' expired the session. Cannot recommend this app until this is fixed. Just bring cash.
The app crashes when trying to enter payment info- you must add it prior to buying a ticket. Then, when you try and use your ticket that you already purchased, the app crashes, leaving your ticket useless. Do not use.
As of the last update, the app crashes everytime I try to use a ticket Edit: this still isn't fixed. No answer from RTA or the developer, despite multiple calls and messages sent
The app keeps crashing when I choose to board using a jazzy pass. The streetcar driver was understandable but this NEEDS to be fixed. Pixel 5, Android 12. It worked before the last update
I'm entirely unable to use the app. Every time I click "board" when using tickets, it fully crashes without activating my tickets at all. I have multiple tickets I've paid for stuck on this app.
The app crashes every time you try to get your ticket so you aren't able to use it after paying. Extremely frustrating and not worth it!
Crashes all the time, estimates are always wrong, doesn't keep up with route changes. Basically in line with anything else RTA, disappointing.
My app always stops working when I hit "board" when using my tickets. Luckily the drivers are understanding to the issue and let me ride. Very frustrating!
Android version barely works (Pixel 6/6Pro). Had to try several times just to buy a ticket, then the app shuts down when you try to use the ticket. Every time, even after restarting the phone. Much of the navigation around the app will shut it down, also. Generally good at finding routes and bus times.
