Not bad but it could be much better. It would be great if we can add insurance n pollution papers to our wallet account, then it would become an all in one transport documents app. Also being able to pay challan payments through various other modes apart from only debit card and credit card makes it user friendly. Looking forward to such changes, thank you.

This app is good only to find attaced RC and DL of an individual. But will be very useful and helpful handy if concern team fix the bug or technical glitch due to which latest pollution control certificate and insurance copy not updated or to avoid data sync issue. Thank you! Yours truly.

APP IS AVERAGE 1. when i open my RC it is showing a blank page no details are visible 2. And also licence are not visible in correct pvc card way they are just shown number signature and expiry. There are no photos etc for this the UI enhancement should get changed sorry i vannot provide my details as they are private.

Changed rating from 3 to 1 because it's been 2 years since last review (on 4th April 2019), app has received updates and is up to date, but the challan page still does not show data. It only says "Invalid response from server". Server can be down a day or two, but if for two years the server issue continues then someone is not doing their job right.

It's highly unstable on Nokia 6.1 plus, unable to add new cards or retrieve existing ones. Crashes every time I try to add a new card, very pathetic experience. Not even possible to share cards from other phones. I've checked it with other devices and is running fine, hope the app is made compatible for the said device.

It's been long time since It's showing invalid response from server. Then what's the use of this app if it's giving invalid response. No one from department fixing this issue. I have latest updated app installed but issue still persist.

Doesn't work for one plus 6T. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app many times, it logins successfully but doesn't show anything on the dashboard page after login. Also when you click on 'Add New' button, the app crashes. it's like if you are using this phone we will not support ..

after installing into my mi poco f1, able to login but all my stored records not able to see. if i try to add something by clicking on add button app closes immediately. please resolve the issue or dissolve this app. even after updating the os still same issue. i think its high time to look into os compatibility instead of looking for the performance or else there is no use with this app in future as the entire technology is changing...

In Driving License tab, there is no provision to directly select year of birth. I have click on every month to navigate back from current month and year. After 100's of clicks, and entering valid license number, it says no records found. It's a punishment to use this type of apps. Not user friendly

Am an one plus 6 user. The problem is that one plus users can't able to use this app. Please do a check on this issue. And make it available for us especially. The app gets open but unable to list the records and also can't add the identities though! Please make it compatible to one plus mobiles. We can't show our identities to policemen when we are caught. And they aren't accepting screenshots though. And ends up with paying challans. Do check once.

Lazy app!! using this app for long time and have noticed that it would never get updated in real time, particularly about insurance. Though the insurance has been renewed, the new expiry date and stuff would not be updated for months even !! I guess this application has been jus created and left away from maintenance!!!

Very very worst app by RTA. Why they made it, i am out of clue, might be to earn some extra income from google. Coz its the shittiest app ever i have seen. Since past 2 months, i am observing the same error.... They are like not at all bothered to solve it, as its an inconvenience to the user... Such an app should have some rating system through which we can disqualify, if there any option available by google. Contact me if you are genuinely want to know whats wrong, there is no attachment opt.

I am not unable to see my image on license and also Signature showing inappropriate. There is bug in Android app. Apple version is good. Image and Signature showing perfectly. Rectify the android version app

Completely Dissatisfied!! Unable to add license or RC in my One plus 6, maybe this app is not Android pie compatible. The previous cards are not getting downloaded. The app is shutting down when we try to add license or RC .Its better to get the app upadated by removing the bugs in it as early as possible.

Hi, earlier I was able to view the License and RC on my old mobile. but since I have changed my phone to POCO, I'm able to login but not able to view or add my Licence or RC. As soon as I press add licence, the app is shutting down. I have even uninstalled the app and again installed the latest app many times but the same result. Please check this error and rectify the problem as soon as possible. Thanks

I'm writing this review after updating the app. You guys mentioned that you have resolved stability issues and fixed some bugs. Here I'm facing issue while adding my RC and DL. It doesn't proceed after I enter my RC details and DL I'm not able to select RTO office. I'm not getting any options. Great govt app. Many negative reviews but still it doesn't work.

When did you last check if its working or not? It crashes when I click Add New button and it will not allow me to sync data that's registered to my mobile number. By the way I'm using OnePlus 6T 14/04/19: Updated the app to find that sign in doesn't even work because the OTP is not even working. If we have an existing account it should recognise my login and display/sync the previous records. My friend tried to add a new licence but unable to do so because the drop down option is not working

Anyone who's having my card details can get access through this app. It would be more better if you increase the security steps to prevent misuse of the details. And there shouldn't be access to multiplie devices with same card details especially the driving licence. This app would be great if you check on to these changes.

The app force closes itself as soon as I try to add a new card. It was working fine before Oreo but not now..! When can we expect an update..?? Just launching the app doesn't benefit people...It should also be well maintained with some good developers to give regular updates to fix all the bugs and errors.

This app used to work properly.... now even after reinstallation it is not fetching the already stored records. When trying to add the Licence or RC the app is automatically closing. I gave a message to the app promoter long ago but in vain. My phone is One Plus 6 T with latest operating system.

The App is not working on OnePlus mobiles at all. Especially on one plus 6. I tried clearing cache, uninstall and reinstall everything nothing works. the issue is that it's not working one plus 6 only all other models of the one plus chain it works.... I request the app developer to humbly fix this bug. Thanks.

I was logged in to this app and my documents were uploaded and everything was fine. But after an update I was logged out and I cannot log back in because I get an error telling me to enter a valid mobile number. My mobile number is correct. It's quite shameful that developers these days can't get basic app functionality right.

Good initiative from RTA but app is not working, OTP is coming rarely. While clicking on add button is showing app has stopped. Getting frustration while using this app😫. Not excepted this much bad app from government. Worst app. on every update it is resolving bugs, but facing new bugs. now im not able to get card details, and not populating office codes waiting for new update, after reinstalling d app, im not getting otp sms to sign in🙄

this app is not working on my new device. It doesn't retrieve my DL and RC books when I refresh the App. and the APP is getting stopped when i click on Add New button. Please note that this is an important App to keep vehicle related details and was easy to use. hence, please addresses all issues related this ASAP..

Login stopped after recent updates. Been loving this App. But after update it asks me to login again but doesnt send OTP. I uninstalled and tried again to register. No error message and nothing happens. Not sure if enough testing was done before the release of update.

this app is not compatible with the latest version of android. This app just gets closed automatically when I click on add new . please release the latest version thanks for quick reply. I have uninstalled the existing app and reinstalled the app from playstore but still same issue . please help me. New button is working fine but Get button is not working. It does nothing . and office drop-down in RC page does nothing. please fix these issues

Dear Sir, this is very good app which is initiated by govt and many citizens are habituated to use this app instead of carrying original cards. I am using this app since 3 yrs. Recently my phone upgraded from Android 8 to Android 9. from that day on wards my RTA app is not functioning properly. I am able to login but added cards(RCs and DL) are not loading. If I try to add new card then the app closing unexpectedly. Kindly check and fix and release new version as soon as possible.

I'm unable to sign in with OTP process. So I signed in with T-app option in the app itself. But while I'm trying to get my RC info, it raises an error "Server was unable to process request. ---> The requested database connectionString2T is not defined in configuration" Please fix it as soon as possible or give me a job so I can fix it. Thank you.

App is good for basic purpose.. But there are many bugs which needs to be resolved. If there were no pending challans and if we click pay now, then app is crashing. There has to basic testing before releasing the app. If the project is government, it is not necessarily to be a low quality one. Hope you improve it.
