There was no issue with the app before but recent updates have made the payment gateway run into error. There's no option to close the tab once the payment is done, need to force close the app, we can recover the amount while taping the Recharge option again but sometimes this doesn't work too and we need to mail rta to get the transacted amount on card. Please fix this issue which is pending from long time and the reason I rated 2 stars else 5 stars for sure.
I installed this app for wireless nol recharge. its a fantastic feature. After making payment we get a white screen with message 'pleae close this window to proceed'. But, there is no close button and is stuck. we need to force kill the app and restart again to same link to write pending transactions to card. This is veru confusing and error prone. pleae look into this issue.
The app was working fine but the NFC is not working all of a sudden. It makes it very difficult for regular commuters like us to top up our NOL cards because we have to rush to find a parking meter every time. The app is great but the NFC is not working :(
Not working properly. At beginning it took lots of attempts to find the card through NFC, after identifying when I try to topup, the amount got deducted and even got mail from RTA for successful transaction and DSG notification for txn. But the card not loaded. Where the money gone, I dont know. I suggest not to use this app for topup until everything get fixed. It seems App got released in premature stage. To test their app, users are made as scape goat and locking/losing up their money.
what is happening to this app it keeps on hanging and the top up is not transferring to nol card. if payment is being done online it is better that system als top up the amount or credit it to the nol card directly. it is convinient as no need to go to metro just to check in or check out or go to parking machine which the top up doesn't credit at all. since it is innovation for UAE it is good to make this are better and provide happiness to commuters
I have updated the app but now when I open the app it shows a message "you are using old application and need to upgrade" with a result I am unable to use the app. Moreover the NFC is not working. I reinstalled the app again but same error message shows
I always use this app to top-up our nol card with flexible payment options. The amount can be directly added to our nol card using the NFC feature enabled smartphone and can be used on RTA nol machine instantly. Very useful when there's no nol card top-up stations/options nearby. Online RTA top-up takes atleast 24 hours to credit the amount to our Nol card. No other RTA apps offer this super cool functionality! Hope RTA integrates the Phone NFC top-up function into the RTA's main App.
Nol NFC functionality is not working. It is not able to detect nol card. Other NFC applications are working fine. The NFC feature was working fine before. Would appreciate quick support.
This app can top-up NOL Cards before by just tapping on your Android device with NFC function. But now no longer support to NFC Recharge. That feature was very useful add that function.
Guys, if you want to charge your nol card just use the RTA app. It has a red icon. You can easily find it on the store. I used to love this app because we could transfer balances between cards using this app but now even that doesn't work.
NFC feature was the best but it does not work anymore. Also, the app now shows a message that this app will no longer be available and to use RTA Dubai app but RTA Dubai app does not have NFC option. Too bad.
First thing when we close the app it's logged out. Then next time to use normally we'll go to the option. For me I did nol topup it's failed and it took money from my account. Also no email or sms regarding this transaction. Also no history available since I am not logged in. When I reported it to rta they need dsn message and nol ID or make a complaint in smartdubai team. It's better don't use it
When I installed it for the first time it was working very well but recently it's not opening. It keeps saying "wait". i uninstall and reinstall works but when you close, it doesn't work again.
NFC topup and balance cheque feature not working after update to Android 10 kindly check on the issue I'm using One Plus 7 Pro After months they haven't fixed the issue ,kindly check as this was the best feature you had for users Now its not there
it's very slow to get open and when ever we are in hurry it does not work and shows error message I have un installed now I will try again if it works properly it s a very good app for recharging nol cards
Whenever I try to recharge my card by nfc it says it's under maintenance. This is has been happening since the last 2 weeks. Fix it asap this app is a huge essential
Can you provide the previous working version of RTA in play store? The recent update also doesn't detect nol cards. I don't how a working app goes into such a bad state. I am sorry to say this but has been waiting a fix from long time.
I sent screen shots and explained the problem several times but still this app is not in order and i think most of the user facing same issue and same way they complaint.but the question is how your IT team doesn't know regarding this issue
Latest Version automatically updated & NFC option removed. No way to use or update nol with NFC. It's now offline you pay here and card will get updated if you visit metro and tag card there. Has messed up all good options.
I had top up nol using this app, till now its in pending credit, every time I call customer service, only one message, some one will contact, then no update. Does it really take one year to solve a simple issue?
The app is not working since a week. It is really causing inconvenience for me. I have Samsung S9 phone please look into this urgently.
It's very annoying after last update keeps asking for update although its updated, even uninstalled it and reinstalled but still same issue and very slow also an NFC issue, please fix it
50% of the app (with much essential info) is still under construction. No Bus routes and fares. No use of keeping it.
It has been working.. . But now the NFC is not recognizing the card, please check your application and update it accordingly.
i use this app everyday on my huawei and samsung devices, suddenly it stopped working on my samsung s9 and a70 but working on huawei as of june 2019. it is stuck on the welcome page.
RTA application is very helpful for topup the nol card , but now i upgraded to new android version android q after that nfc option is not working. please check that issue.
App is not opening just gives the warning and does not load the page.Every time need to uninstall the app and have to reschedule reinstall
It was working fine until recently.. Now the NFC nol option does not work..I used to recharge nol card via this app.. It is not working anymore now
I used to love this app as it made it very easy to recharge nols and control your balance, but since the last update, the app is not even open. I have the previous version on a different device and it still works good, while the updated one doesn't open, so it is an issue after the update. Please fix this, it's frustrating. Thank you
