It is good that you started this step. However lots of things needs to be fixed; 1) There are issues with map and locations. No option to select the location on the map.!! 2) it asks to activate/enable the location although it id already enabled! 3)
I used to call and get my taxi easily, now the app not covering my area or not functioning at the same time no call center available its stopped... They didn't keep any options... I am wondering how important city like sharjah cant provide basic services for its citizens and tourists, this un available service spoil all hard work made to make the city best for living.
It was really good app before. But now you can't even find intercity bus timing and rates and stops.. Always saying no data found. I don't know what's the problem? But why sharjah rta always behind and outdated.. Not like Dubai.. That always help people
I was very happy with my experience. I installed the app to book a taxi to Abu Dhabi and i was very impressed. The call center agent was polite and well mannered and someone from RTA called me to check if the taxi arrived at the right time. Overall a superb, impeccable service. 5 stars!
Good step towards digitization and mobility in Sharjah . Application looks easy and user experience is excellent.
Your booking taxi option is not working properly when we click the book taxis then add the pick off and drop-off after then they not shownext step please check the bug and update other wise app not use for me
Very covenient and easy to use. I registered and completed all the process in 4 minutes and when i booked a taxi, it arrived in 2 minutes.
The worst ever app to book a taxi. Always showing "please wait" cannot register a account. Uber is far far better.
taxi drivers slow in directions. your apps doesn't coordinate with the location given to your drivers
The application its bad. You make the booking and than cancel. The taxi don't know your location.
More bus routes and stops should be added. Website and the app should also update the bus timings as well.
Hi- this is my first time using this app and the cab driver sent does not know the destination i wanted to reach, hence why did you send me this driver if i have to tell him where to go exactly??
Fix the location services for taxi booking please ... It keeps saying please enable location services even though it is already enabled
Wouldn't even give it a 1 star. I couldn't even register to use any of the services. Terrible. Needs A LOT of improvement.
The app is not working. I tried more than 5 times to register but no OTP was sent
App keeps crashing. Has anyone checked or tested this app before releasing to the public.

The driver was late.. And he said that the contact number is not showing for him.. How he can contact the customer??
Very difficult to understand. Routes/ Buses are not updated . E.g there's no tawuun, I can't see bus 9 instead it's telling as lines. How I'll I know which line represents the bus I am to take ?
The Bus Shelter stops isn't appearing nor is the taxi booking service.
The password requirement is excessive for a taxi booking app, the otp sms took for ever

Dont want to give 1 star. Nothing working. Whatever you want to search it will show no data found. Dont give single star
Location services have been enabled but still it doesn't work. Please improve the usability of the app. Doesn't even let you search most places or areas for pick up and drop off as it has too limited places database which should be improved. Also, please provide an option to choose on the map. Bus timing during COVID19, should also be incorporated as there are terminal closures for intercity buses. It shouldn't show the current day's schedule unless services have been resumed.
