The app shows the taxi is still being searched but the actual order is already placed . Then order gets suddenly cancelled when the driver is alreaxy on the way. Got late to the airport last time because if this bug...
Pls add confirmation of booking. I have tried submitting a booking 3 times. I do not know if any were successful.
Worst app ever ,no options for later bookings ,works only on online maps
Tried to book multple times. Obly once it was able to locate a taxi who never reached. One more thing needs to be introduced is changing mobile phone. Lastly, no need for registration.
I liked the service because after booking cab was dispatched and within 3 minutes cab was at my door step.
It's not very much useful since the response rare is very low most of the time
Not impressed,still. WHY do I need to register to get a taxi. And WHY does the reset password not work. Have requested 20 reset in the last hour and got..... yes, none. Useless.
1st time to download the app and 1st time to use it, and it is very helpful GREAT APP tnx RTA

4 consecutive orders, each of them "automatically" cancelled in spite of the cab drivers' phone calls & after long waiting time & in spite of my confirmation to each one of them that I did not cancel & that I still need the service. If this wasn't enough, I was faced by unprofessional staff @ the Call Center, who made me repeat my complaint several times &, instead of offering a cab on urgent basis, kept suggesting that I might have cancelled those orders from my side or might have imagined the whole thing!
The app is useful when it works fine. But on an average, for every 2 bookings , you will face one or the other problems with the third. Some of them are 1. Booking cancelled by server. 2. No live update. Taxi seems to be stuck at the same place after dispatch. 3. Sometimes, Bookings are done for taxi's that are far from the place of requirement.
The following issues are happening: First: once the I book a taxi, the counter keeps counting down and does not show if any taxi got booked, yet on the taxi side it's booked. Second: The count down screen still counting and once it finish it cancels the order. Please fix the system!!
Zoom feature is disrupting. UI looks not convenient. Requests cancel themselves. Need to rework and fix this app.
Slower than a tortoise, glitches on every tab press, don't waste your phone memory installing this app even if your phone has ample free space ...
This app needs a serious upgrade. It only seems to work 1 in10 times. This leaves me late and having to cancel. and rebook cancel and rebook. Unfortunately the app drives me to the likes of Kareem and Uber. I look forward to the app being upgraded to 2016 and not 2012.

What a horrible app. If you are lucky enough to get a cab then it takes forever, drivers are poorly trained and the app is completely aesthetically unpleasant. Uninstall!
