RTC’s real-time Nomade

The user interface is simply bad. The map movement is unintuitive and rarely provides the information you are looking for due to poor geolocation. Just let us click on a bus stop instead of messing around with a buggy map

Great app. Works well but when you are looking at a bus stop, it should tell you when a bus has been cancelled. I waited half an hour in the cold.

Was fine until past 4 update keep breaking the app. Would you like to update? Connection fail ?!?! Can't add favorite because no connection.

Constantly misdirected me and also made me wait for cancelled busses several times. Uninstalling so I don't throw my phone away.

Cannot connect on the app since October, so I need to memorize the schedule before going to sleep

Buses too early or too late, train drivers to actually follow schedule and not just wait at terminus when theyre early, have them wait at every stop make sure they leave at the scheduled time Or have customers embark anywhere along the route that way people dont have to run when your drivers get there 5 minutes earlier than said on app 5 minutes early on a 15min passage is wayyyy too much difference i dont even understand how its accepted. Its the same exact thing as 20 minutes out of an hour

the gps function does'nt work anymore. please fix this.

During the FEQ sometimes they cancel several Metrobus without advising the clientele. The app says that a bus will come within minutes but in reality you wait for over an hour.

The app used to be decent. Recent updates are making the app worse. The GPS locator barely works, if we can even say it works. Google maps will do a better job at giving you the bus schedule. Maybe RTC should invest in more busses on the road and less computers in the busses... horrible app. Barely works.

It would have been such a great app if it was actually able to tell the bus location and estimated time without bugging. The last past month, I can't see the bus or it doesn't even move and the estimated time don't change. At least leave a message on the app if you are having issues with your callbacks with your servers

Schedules are all over the place, they dont make any sense

Tryed it for a week everyday and its perfect so far and quick. I have a samsung neo

Not user friendly

The idea of knowing exactly when the bus is going to pick you up is great! Unfortunately, the gps works around 20% of the time ... wich makes the app totally useless. (Btw I have a galaxy s7 )

This app is terrible; takes ages to open, doesn't work when it does and seemingly has no offline support. If you're looking for one to replace the old RTC mobile (which was perfect) as they have stopped updating it, I suggest montransit: functions like the old one and has other cities.

Not accurate, not in real time as it's told.

Old app was better/simpler.

The new app loads way slower, the information you want is harder to find and most of the time I get a load error.

I like the last one but this one takes the cake.
