Don't expect a reaction within a reasonable timeframe. And expect to provide them every single detail down to the most minuscule and useless detail (required, I suspect, to discourage riders from seeking real solutions). It would be great if there was a way to record audio and video on the bus so RTC could investigate complaints. Oh wait, there is!
App crashes when trying to open, after RTC just sent an email to download it. Yet I see the app has been out for 2 years. First time hearing about it. More incompetence from RTC.
The app doesn't work, unless you're reporting an incident. You can't just say something at all. The screen has only one actual option that works, report an incident.
It's useful if you can use it but i see so much on the bus from people not wearing mask to people sleeping plus the homeless with all thier stuff that theres times i almost dont want to ride the bus , i'll walk insted

Does not let you complain about the RTC itself only about its passengers. I have way more problems with late busses and bad drivers than other passengers. Were is the app for complaing about the RTC?
This app isnt working at all I've tried deleting it and reinstalling it but it still wont load.

Not very effective, have to give all kinds of information that the complaining passengers don't know. And the result of the complaint is a waist. Nothing is done

110 southbound bus does not come on East Coupe Avenue bus stop 3689. The bus driver didn't show. Instead of going all the way around it is start at the next bus stop pass the Cheyenne and Civic Center lights. That's really messed up when the rest of us to have to get home and to work. Now I have to wait a whole 25 minutes for another bus to come that's f***** up. Saturday drivers need to be all on the same page.
45 min wait btc 113. 3 buses out of service. People ed are talking riot. Now another bus is out of sdervice! . Rtc sucks. Beaches are Filthy. Dirt from last week still there. I commute daily so I know. Rtc is a disaster!
I'm on the 110 when is bus driver talks down and acted like I didn't know what I was doing I told him that I needed a 24-hour bus pass so I gave him $3 I new I couldn't get change that wanted to be a smart-ass so busy flirting with the girl on the bus come on bus 1015 1025 am 110 number 18730 don't like this fresh driver he's not very nice otherwise I have a great time on the bus except for their heavy-footed drivers make you feel like you're having Whiplash at every every stop

I was at the back of the bus walking up to the bus stop the guy got off and she just throw up she didn't even give me a chance to get to the front of the bus and I think that's rude I'm 62 years old I can't be chasing the bus I was right there he even told her I was there and I'm mad because I spend a lot of money on this bus everyday I'm going to file a complaint with the Equal Rights people sick of tired of this your bus drivers have no concern for old people at all they don't give us a chance
I'm on a power wheelchair. Bus driver said I need to close my legs. What an embrassing remark. He need 2hook me up in the front that's why my kegs was not closed. Bus 15702. Please tell him not to embrassing customers on wheelchair.

I work doubles at the luxor. I dose out on my way home sometimes. I don't need to be harrassed by a security guard just because i dozed off 40 minutes away from my stop going home in my damn uniform. RTC is getting worse and worse. This app doesn't let you do anything but post complaints about passengers. We need more options outside of RTC for bus transit out here. RTC is literal trash.
