RTCM3 Stream Tester

App developed for the purpose of testing any NTRIP Caster or a direct RTCM3 stream in order to test its connectivity, check latency and the types of RTCM3 messages being sent in cases of emergency or convenience when there's no any device other than a cellphone or tablet, in the field for instance.
It supports and decodes RTCM messages in version 3 only.

INTERNET permission is needed for getting the RTCM3 messages through the Internet.
