The app doesn't work. The service is unreliable. Having checked I don't have data saver or energy saving settings switched on, the situation is the same. 4G or WiFi does notake a difference. Either the app, or the server, or both often have failures. Frustrating and disappointed.

The app works well. It's a bit tricky to navigate between the show screen with all the episodes or specific episode screen, but there are lots of features and 6 months archive. I wish there will be even more archive for the classic radio drama.

totally rubbish.. one star is too much. 1st, I live in mainland europe, it just cant load the repeat programs. 2nd, once it loads (if I am luck) it stops after few mins. 3rd, again if I am luck the program is up and running I cant fast forward, if I do, it frozen. who design this app? any knowledge of how?

After the revamped version, the app stops in a few minutes when I was using other apps. Totally unacceptable. Please fix it. The previous version is perfectly ok. Please please do something to fix it

The 重温 program ran for a minute or so and stopped. Restarted the program and same thing happened again. It just wouldn't work for longer than 2 minutes continuously.

Can`t open some archieves. Always show message saying that the link can be listened later. Yet it can be listened through the rthk website. The last version seems to be much better and more user friendly

Access to programming is great but the app itself is not reliable. Doesn't start up half the time.

Totally rubbish.....i am not seeing what is the added features on this apps. Just a new looking ugly skin and removed features such as the traffic photo....rubblish

It works great and love it. Too bad, there is no more auto play the list of favorite programs.

Terrible bad, couldn't revisit radio programmes. Automatic cut off 3 times in 5 minutes.

Fail to steam all the time, the last version was not good but acceptable, this updated version is even worse. Didn't like it at all.

It has improved a lot compare to the previous version few years ago. You can play archive now via this app instead of playing via the website. Good effort 👍

Nice idea of invention of this apps, however poor execution of maintain the connection quality and functionality. I am writing to asking the urge to the improvement.

after the latest update I can't have this app standby in the background as soon as I turn off the screen of the phone this app start playing please fix this it was so great before

Did someone ever test this app before launching ? No response after pressing the live stream from time to time. Need to switch to RTHK ONTHEGO for live radio. Disappointing

Needs an English language option to understand how to navigate the app, not user friendly for international fans.

Chromecast/ apple play support is important. Looking forward for a new feature.

Connection lost suddenly and cannot reconnect, and mini menubar went blank, just left arrow and stop sign

The app is either clashed or unresponsive 90% of the time... would give negative if I can

need bigger button to fast forward program, also need to cut all the nonprogram stuff like news, ads, .....

I didn't have time to write a complete review as I don't read Chinese (Traditional)....

why is this app having no English option? Specially on the daily "交通" sector. English user is not welcome?

Please add more playback buttons for leaping forward/backward.
