cannot play on the background. the moment my phone locks, the stream stops. already tried changing settings to "always on", but nothing. I think the latest update is faulty.

It stops during video playback or live radio on the app. Your website and Youtube channel is much more reliable.
Why stopped the app running on Android 5? My 2 phones are Android 5 and good for YouTube and many others apps. Don't understand why RTHK on the go need a higher platform. Perhaps I have to switch to non-RTHK official app.
Wide spectrum of contents, fast dl speed usually. Only occassional lag in loading. Overall a good app!
Poor app, stream radio doesn't work on Galaxy note 8 when using 4G despite the cellular network data box checked.

The podcast just keep loading forever and never works
The PODCAST is impossible to connect. Within three weeks, I tried about 30+ times but all failed.
Kept stopping and unstable, in particular in the past weeks. please can somebody look into and fix?

Android 4 phone cannot save voice footage.
This one is awful, even worse than RTHK News. Everytime when you startup the app, it said there is a network problem. Streaming radio doesn't work at all.
