You can't disable services from this app

Sometimes it's impossible to log in, but sometimes it's the way it should be. Maybe the traffic is hectic and everyone is using it at the same time. I managed it, but it's still a bit annoying. Thanks for trying to deliver the service upto standards.

very bad adsl connection. laggy lost 4 modems in 2 monthes because of the unshielded wires in their network. 6 days without connection because of "road workers". it is really annoying when your whole work is on the internet and you have such provider. 100% not recommended.

Can not use it. Do not accept login+password

As a new customer of Rostelecom I tried to install and use it. It is absolutely not user friendly application. Why are login/PWD for Internet connection and app different? The are a lot of steps to register and log in! It is madness!

Stopped opening data on phone. Message reads - no internet connection. While internet is available. Написал, сообщил - ничего не изменилось. Ваше приложение не работает.

App doesn't show my previous payments. Can't copy my account number (yeah I want to just tap on it and that's it). App does not have English.

What a waste. It spams with notifications, requests for unnecessary permissions, like camera and gps... And finally, I've been unsubscribed from my services. Somehow. Dislike.

our router stopped working for some days we called and they said they were coming they never came. These days too the network speed is very slow and weak. We are not owing them too hmmm. We need internet for distance learning too. hmmm very disturbing

I installed the app, then awaited too, too long for start and it did not happen. So I uninstalled it to keep my nerves sistem calm and healthy

Customer service is horrible. App won't let you copy text, so trying to translate is impossible.

Bad internet and high prices

The app works as it should.

Crashes every time I want to open it. No signs of anything. Just white screen. NOTHING!!
