Why can't one pinch the screen to make larger/smaller?

Who is the 'genius' who decided it would be a good idea to force use of a pop-up calendar for date of birth, instead of a free text typing, when you need to unlock your account or retrieve user name /password?! A 40, 50 (or more) years old user need to tap between 500 and 800 times on the back arrow to get to their DOB. Unreal.

The DepoZip function won't even take a photo. there is nothing to line up with and no indicator to take a photo on the screen.

great mobile app it does what it needs to do and what I expect it to do for me. I also like the fact that I can see my balance in quick view on my Apple watch.

Regularly won't allow me to deposit checks. Also, doesn't put credit card transactions in order by date.

Like most apps, it does not utilize Google pw utility, so I don't use it. The website is much more convenient for me for this reason.

Easy to use, you can make all your changes and updates right in the app.

Tells me I have no eligible accounts for mobile check deposit, I do. Looking to waste time on incompetence? This is the app for you. Errors and issues. Instead of setting cookies to remember your browser like other more competent banks do, the idiot Website company this bank hired uses algorithms that repeatedly make you have to get a text to login. How about an option to set my start tab. I only use it for deposits. Would be nice to have it open to that screen

horrible...credit card bal is never accurate and jumbled dates making it impossible to balence..debt and credit columns are reversed also...just a very inaccurate app for a bank.

Can't even log in. Doesn't send code for unlock - you have to say you didn't get it, send again, then it comes thru. Terrible

Every time I try to log in with my online bank information it says user ID or password incorrect. And when I try to enroll it says my account has been blocked.....this is annoying. This app would be very convenient for me and if you fix it I will rate it higher!!!!

The app is of mixed quality. Some things work very well, others completely fail. As an example, the DepoZip (camera based check deposit) is very convenient if you don't live nearby a branch. The problem is that while my phone takes a beautiful very legible picture of the check, the app then flattens it and makes it borderline illegible, and then RTN rejects my deposit because of check image quality. It is very frustrating to see a nice image taken by my camera and in real-time see it ruined by the app, and then rejected the next day. This app could be really great, but it needs some improvement, especially in the image processing for check images.

Horrible app, especially since the last update. It's pretty much useless. No where next to the quality app of other banking institutions. The appearance of the ledger is very confusing. I don't even bother with this app anymore.

Updates are making this worse instead of better. Login now takes up to a minute. Menu button displays a blank screen. Cannot access depos zip. Better quality control is needed before releasing.

Not too happy with the update. I used to be able to see both my savings account info and my loan acct info. Now with this update it only allows me to see my saving acct. It would be nice to be able to view all accounts. I used to be able to transfer funds from savings to my loan, that function is also gone. Keeps telling me theres no other account available as if i dont have another account.

For last month I can't use the bill pay option due to the app does not let you to choose accounts.it just display the bar and no further. Very upsetting.

It is old but old fashioned tio, needs an update to its looks.

Locked me out of my account. You guys should make sure product works before releasing it.

The app it's self seems useful based on the description, but I can't get past the setup because it keeps saying the passwords don't match.

The app does what it is supposed to do, except the check deposit feature. It is not able to control the camera to get a usable image.

I was also unable to use this app because it said my password was wrong three careful times in a row and the locked me out.

Easy to use
