Doesn't seem to require the user to control it in any way so I assume it's doing what it's supposed to do... lol I gave 3 stars only because I'm still getting the same error messages despite having installed this "fix" so I'll give it more time and see if things improve and will update accordingly.

It works !!
RTT doesn't seem to work properly without it but Android Pie keeps wanting to put it to sleep due to high battery usage !
