Rubies Digital Bank

Very reliable and intuitive app. I use it every other day and I'll highly rate it for convenience and ease of use. While the user interface can improve over time, I find it easy to navigate and having a feature where the beneficiaries are suggested and readily available helps with swiftness as far as carrying out transactions. Having a physical debit card sent to you is a nice touch as well. It definitely comes in handy in a lot of situations and is also a good option to have.

So far so good, my experience with this digital bank has been worth it. From good user interface to great services offered. The app is easy to use. But the option to for airtime top up in the landing page is not safe because it does not prompt for password, someone else can wipe your money on airtime purchase Rubbies bank got it all

Its been 6 hours and I haven't finished with my registration. I always get stuck, waiting for the OTP message. I don't know what's wrong. A friend recommended this app to me and I wanted to feature it in one of my YouTube videos but I think I have to find another app. Eitherway, great UI, I love it.

I can't upgrade my account. The app keeps saying error after adding my BVN. I've sent an email to the support team but yet to get a response. I must add that the support staff I spoke with over the phone was professional but the email hasn't been responded to so I'll give the app 2 ⭐ rating for now. This is not a good first impression. I hope they sort this out today and then I can revisit the rating.

Excellent service! Proactive support team. I made my documents and information available and I was verified much sooner than I thought I would. Awesome. There's always room for improvement! Especially that users find it hard to identify the Rubies bank whilst attempting to do a transfer via conventional commercial bank apps. Work on that and we're cool! Can't wait to get my debit card.

Quite simply the most efficient banking service I've used. Simple and straightforward account that offers most features found in mainstream bank accounts. I only use my other bank now to transfer funds to Rubies. Astounding support and customer care and transactions appear immediately in my online apps, unlike some others I've tried. Safe and secure. Rubies creates excitement while banking on the app. It is smooth. It makes banking easy and beautifies the phone. I got on the PC-based version, its even more redefining. The bar has been raised...incumbents and new commers have got work to do. There's no match anywhere...Go Rubies....

Wonderful experience. Superior customer service. I was having an issue registering on the platform and they tried to reach me to help me resolve the problem. It wasn't easy reaching me because of a difference in my name but they did. I am so recommending this app to everyone. You will love it

So after reading all the wonderful reviews i decided to give rubies a go. And I was dissapointed. They wont tell you upfront you need to upgrade your account to be able to perform a task as simple as making a transfer of your own funds. Ok, after i provided all the documents requested for the upgrade. 3 days later still nothing. I have lost income because of this. Edit: Rubies customer service is top class. They reached out and apologised immediately and the issue was resolved in minutes.

Massive improvements. Very impressive. Now this is a both an institution and product I'm super proud to tell anyone about. Thank you for fixing what I mentioned earlier. Unfortunately the issue with balance showing on confirmation screen still exists.

the verification process of this app is absolutely appalling it is deplorable it is the worst I have seen over time and it is completely a mess to a banking system... Over 3 months my account is still upgrading what nonsense... And I've even transferred money into the account I cannot use it I cannot buy recharge card I cannot do anything with the money because they have stocked my my account in the verification process which I have delivered all documents going to be verified and yet it's still

They don't charge for CC maintenance and it costs nothing to order for a credit card. The Loaning integration works wonders and ensure those who borrow from you pay as at when due. Generally, they app is awesome.

Fantastic app, fantastic bank. I have been using the app for some months now. It's a 5 star+ experience for me. The few times I had to speak with a support staff, it was seamless and enquiries and issues were treated promptly.

Ever since I signed up for rubies, I put some money in it. I haven't been able to transfer the money to my bank account or buy airtime. Keeps saying "Your account upgrade is still in progress", even after filling all the necessary information needed for my account upgrade.

I downloaded the app only yesterday and so far so good. Worked remarkably well. However, for documentation why utility bill? For what? Once a customer possesses BVN, means of ID, house address and profile picture, what is the need for utility bill? To do what with? Utility bill is outdated especially where it does not necessarily support every customer's identification data.

Fantastic app. Banking transaction stress taken off me. Customer service is extremely poor though 😏. Send them a message and their either never reply, or do so with a vague, "solutionless" response --- my personal experience with them. Applied for card for over 3 weeks and they kept mute on it, when they actually promised it won't take more than 10 days. Shame!

No issues whatsoever. This is a great app that works excellently. Great great great. **** This is the first time I've got to edit my review.Feb 2021 and i cant make transfer or withdrawals. Rubies used to be my favorite but not anymore. How can you just tie down peoples money but still receive incoming. Ive lost trust and faith in this bank and i cant blame anyone but me. I just hope my money is still safe.

Sincerely, the app has been serving me excellently. The service is quick and reliable. But I have just one thing against it, I've made a request for an ATM for a very long time, and yet it hasn't been delivered. And there was no notification as to why it's not delivered. Save this, the experience has been good.

I love the facts that I can get to open an account with my phone number which is quite easy and simple but since over a year and that I opened an account i can't transfer funds from other bank apps into my rubies account as it's not bringing out the name option (rubies microfinance bank) on other bank app for transfer or is there another name it's bears...? I like the app's interface looks cool but not everything that glitters is gold they say, I can't verify any of my details, every time I try capturing a selfie it crashes, please fix the bug, I will edit my review if fixed.

From account opening to doing transactions, to engaging with friends...the experience is awesome...quite different from any banking app ever made. You most certainly need to check this out.

OK so I started using rubies early this year, I came across them coincidentally and I have to say I have experienced the most peaceful banking experience ever. With my traditional bank, anytime I have little cash in it I always know that they'll eat it with those their charges but with rubies I have absolute peace of mind. The app works great too!!!! 5stars for you guys🌟
