Rubik's Cube
This is the only app which teaches beginner method and Fridrich method.
With Rubik Cube 3D, you can even checkpoint the cube and start from any particular state. This is particularly useful if you want to practice specific sequences.
I am constantly improving the app to make it a one stop solution for Rubik Cube.
The context sensitive help follows this method of solving:
Step 1: The White CrossGet the white cross. This step is intuitive and can be perfected with practice.
Step 2: First LayerComplete white layer properly by snapping the corners into place
Step 3: Second LayerUse the F2L Right and F2L Left algorithm to solve the second layer
Step 4: Yellow Cross (F U R U' R' F')Use this sequence multiple times until you get a yellow cross. At each stage, the cube needs to be oriented properly. At this stage the context sensitive help will guide showing how to hold the cube and the sequence to perform.
Step 5: Proper Yellow Cross (R U R' U R U U R' U)The cross in the previous step might not match with the centre pieces. Use the above sequence to swap the yellow corners until all the centres are matched. Again, the context sensitive help will guide you.
Step 6: Position Corners (U R U' L' U R' U' L)In this step, we need to place the corners in the correct position, orientation might be wrong. The context sensitive help and the status indicator will inform how many corners are placed correctly as well as the sequence to perform.
Step 7: Orient Corners (R' D' R D) x 2 or 4This is the final step. Use the context sensitive help to solve the cube! :)

I've been a big fan of Rubik's Cubes since I was a kid. This game is pretty close to the real thing. The virtual cube acts very realistically and everything works very smoothly. I love the tutorials, one for beginners and the more advanced Fridrich Tutorial. You can create your own cube and compete against others on the Leaderboard. It's a pretty cool game, a keeper for sure!
It is very useful for practicing a new cube if we don't have cube also and there are algorithms to practise and new different cubes. These cubes are easy to control and rotate it
A very nice job of being able to rotate the cube or the sides of the cube. Probably as close as you can get to the real thing on a phone. Very enjoyable once you get the hang of it, much like the cube.
Simplistic but works well. The speed cube is responsive and easy to rotate.
Trust me when I say this: I solve the Rubix Cube EVERY TIME. Great controls, gameplay, and modern graphics! I can only solve the 3x3x3 so far, but this is a great Rubix Cube simulator. Sure, there are ads every time you scramble, but that's to increase the income of the creator of the app. Very little chance of ads, and an amazing app! Thank you so much for this app!
For all the people who could not solve the original cube, there are now a bunch of harder shapes to turn and twist. I find it very challenging. Tutorials provided for those who like an experienced aid. I was planning to go to the city to get tasks done today but spent it in my cube with a cube. May work equally well as a designers color planner for those who make rooms.
Very intuitive to manipulate the cubes, easier than working a real cube. Its pretty friendly for beginners with multiple options and tutorials, and quite in-depth for enthusiasts as well. Interesting idea of making a digital game out of a toy. Its fun just to fiddle around with the cubes. Really cool game!
I like it very much . I like cube game from my childhood but I hardly solve it 3 time but take one week for one time, now after 20 year I got this game in mobile with it's very perfect tutoring I solved it in less then 10 minutes with no more practice. Now I practice to remember all algorithm & try to reduce my time. Thanks to fulfill my childhood hobby.
The only drawback is the ads but they are not very frequent. I am considering purchasing the app but it is bit pricey. On the plus side it has a lot of puzzles and I can keep entertained with one or another. Recently added Magic Board is a very innovative concept. Unlike Rubik's cube, there cannot be a physical toy based on it. I am still trying to solve 3x3 board and find it quite interesting.
I was recommended this app to learn and practice Rubik's Cube. This app is very good for that and in addition it has other good puzzles too. 2D Rubik's cube is highly interesting. It appears to be very easy to solve but often times very very tricky. All the pieces are in place except one piece just like Rubik's Cube but in 2D version it seems simple but it is not.
When the app opens, it gives a list of 4 puzzles and on the top there is Rubik's cube, then comes Magic Board, Make 2048, Tetris. It took some time for me to get a gist of all the puzzles and I was awed. Besides being the best app for Rubik's Cube, Magic Board is an innovative 2D version of it and looks like it is completely new, Simple yet difficult to solve.
I like all the app of this developer. Magic Cubes of Rubik is a collection of so many good puzzles and it would be even better if more puzzles are added and then I can have all puzzles in one app instead of having so many apps. Another app is Picture Matching Memory Game in which we have to remember pictures and pair them, flipping reveals the image and we can flip two in a turn. Very interesting concept and the levels are also so well designed. I recommend to download both apps.
It's like having the physical thing in your hand. Undo feature perhaps makes it even better. And with all the nasty variants to choose from, it's just Excellent!!! Perhaps a Save feature for would round it off completely..
Very fun but I think the front layer is too hard to turn as it requires twisting the cube angle. I think there should be a feature where if you tap the middle, it twists the front and if you double tap, it reverse twists. I also think adding more Cubes would be fun
Magic Cubes of Rubik Really simple controls and really fun to play. Realistic cub and graphics. I like this app. It's a simple game where you just have to collect a Rubik's cube. Sufficiently realistic model of the cube and a simple interface.
This is everything that I wanted. It even shows you different methods of solving making you learn harder and better ways to solve it. It even has several different kinds of cubes and shapes so you will never get bored went playing.
I love this app!! It's amazing!! Not to many adds and I mean what other app gives you the tutorial on how to solve it AND gives you the algorithm up there while your solving! Well deserved 5 starts! Really liking Magic Board. It is not as complicated as Rubik's cube but it is not as simple as it seems. I am able to solve it by intuition but I am trying to find algorithms to solve. Really a mind twister. Thanks for adding this.
Fun game, I was never really interested in the Rubik cube but this game got me hooked. You have different types of cubes, "regular" and "speed" mode, so it's definitely much more fun then playing with a real Rubik cube.
Very realistic cub and graphics . Game is very simple to use . Multiple types of cubes are available to choose from . Also , there is tutorials to learn how to play , this is great .
I love how the app is themed on teaching the methods of solving a rubics cube. The controls are simple and straight forward and the graphic is pretty realistic. I liked watching when it shuffles the cube for you.
Smooth to use, and I like the reset, rewind step-by-step and checkpoint functions. Would love to have a non-advert version of this, I would pay for that (Or maybe not if it's over £1)
It is great.i did notice a problem with the undo button in 2048 but it wasn't that bad.everything else works great. I like how it has many options for the rubik's cube and the tetris controls were easy enough to play.
It's ossum. this is a great app for those who want to solve the Rubik's cube from 2 x 2 till 8 x 8. One feature of the game I liked is the checkpoint option through which I can find the best way to solve a scramble. :)
This is a great game. I love taking an idea from a physical game and making it electronic. I also really enjoyed the tutorials on how to solve the cube. I have never been good at solving the runic cube but now I am learning. Great game.
Too overrated all it has is a digital cube and a whole bunch of buttons that take you to random links there is no point in installing
Brilliant implementation of classic toy! The cube is very realistic. Awesome graphics. Interface is intuitive. Professional tutorials included! Loved the idea with leaderboard.
Very nice app to learn Rubik's Cube, practice and then learn CFOP. It also has 2048 puzzle of various sizes. I liked 3x3 board size instead of original 4x4. Tetris game is also very well implemented with slight interesting changes to the game play. Overall, a very nice app and highly recommended
Good program for solving a Rubik's cube puzzle. Almost 5 stars, but the program is rough around the edges. Pros: easy and intuitive to make moves and rotate the cube; unobtrusive ads; helps you learn new methods to solve the puzzle. Cons: unintuitive menus; as you're solving it tells you information that you should figure out on you own by examining the cube (e.g. third cross properly completed with 1 corner).
