Rubik's Solver

Enter the colors for the cube net, hit solve, and follow along to solve your cube! You can also save the solve so you can load it up and continue solving later. Solves are saved in the created RubiksSolverSaves folder in .xls files that open on Google Sheets, but are best viewed with Excel. Solve files include the initial state of the cube, the current state of the cube, and the full list of moves to solve it.

Ok, i spent an hour putting my cube in and when i hit solve it gave me F1 etc. I CANT EVEN READ THAT SO I CANT SOLVE MY CUBE AND SO I WASTED MY TIME ON THIS APP

What kind of notation system are you using? It doesn't match with any of the standard 4x4 notation systems.

To be sure I've literally spent weeks searching for a solver for the Professor's cube (5x5). So this is the only app close. After 700 moves my cube wasn't any more close to being solved. So I guess I made a mistake along the way. I had to guess what the moves were but logically F is front, R is right, L is l 'eft, U is top, D is bottom leaving B for back. 2 means you rotate both layers on indicated side and 1 means only rotate the outside layer. ' means counter clockwise and "means counter clockwise twice. The view is from the top and front.

Inefficient solver - showed 102 moves when ALL 3x3x3 cubes are solvable in 23. Also doesn't say what the terms mean, or which face to start with.
