I had R610 AP. Most of the functions works besides SpeedFlex; when I tried speed test from my Android phone, it logged out myself to log in page.
Finger print login no longer works on a S10. Dev is ignoring the problem.
Can no longer use speed test between access points or devices because session times out
Great free solution for private use. After using this for a while now I must say it's really working well. The connection troubleshooting is amazing. I just wish there was a list of hardware that's compatible with the unleashed hardware, switches etc. Already at 4 x r510's and counting.
Fingerprint login no longer works even if its checked in the settings. Please fix!
Cannot get past the message that phone needs to be connected to Configure-Me network. It suggest that if it has been renamed, use that name. However app never allow to get past this screen. Pretty useless as setup is not possible when Ruckus had been renamed to another other than what it expects. :( Are such app functionality tested before releasing to the customers?
Waste of time. Installed to replace our old ruckus system but app wont connect or recognise it. Thanks eventually responding. Yes we now have ruckus unleashed, but I won't bother. I want apps that work and are intuitive to use. This failed on both counts
Bad app, cant display info half the time. No way to manage APs of you're not connected to your wifi. Needs better remote abilities. Can't change all settings from AP. Still need to go to browser to make major changes.
Very limited abilities with this app. I would have hoped to be able to make some minor network changes, but this is a very watered down version of the web based gui.
Cant install the app after multiple attempts. I have a Samsung 10 (as a previous reviewer). It goes through the download process and then I get a message that it can't be installed.
The update feature never works correctly. It does seem to download, install, and reboot the system, BUT the version remains the same.
I was asked by my builder to download this app to manage my access points, I can't even download this app, it says find common ways to troubleshoot. I did everything that it was instructing but I still can't download it. Update: I changed my phone to see if my phone was a problem... this app I think sure not install on any Android. Very disappointed. No response from the developers either. I will provide this feedback to my builder as well so they look for an alternative.
Keeps telling me that it cannot connect to network of 7 Access Points when they are all on and aeem to be working. Wants me to register for remote management when I am already. Incessantly unable to log on to network. Spent close to £4000 on acess points expecting better than this.
Constantly tells me I dont have admin access when I in fact do. Forgets my login frequently. Modifying Android's Private DNS setting does not effect behavior.
App is very good and makes managing customer sites easy. However the limit on the number of sites we can manage is frustrating. Should be an unlimited number of sites.
As a novice, took a little time to get used to. Setting up networks is easy & quick. I am still figuring out details of this system, so as far as I know this is a great system.
It can't login to my existing network without telling me why. Ofc. IP and credentials are correct, they work in the browser. Shame.
Cannot download the app for Samsung 10 5G. Tried multiple times. I just sent you a screenshot as requested. Still same issue. Hope it doesn't take another 6 months to respond.
Pretty decent app except notifications are not silenced by android "do not disturb" so no way to stop notification sounds at night other than to turn off notifications completely
Service schedule settings dispayed in the app are one hour ahead of the actual settings. Great WiFi kit, shame app is and always has been unfit for purpose. Poor.
App is useless. It keeps saying it can't find wlan when the URLfor set up is working fine in my computer.
Will not update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. I keep getting an update error. Ruckus it self is running fine, the app is not.
I can't even install this app after downloading it is throwing an error can't be installed. I tried downloading from different internet's even though same problem. Please rectify this issue. Error code 505
I cant mange my network so this app useless. I keep getting incorrect login information. Which is NOT incorrect. I'm a Cisco graduate so I am quite apt in networks but this is ridiculous. Need help from Ruckus.
We moved into our new "smart" home on July 31, 2020. It came with a Ruckus switch and 2 access points already installed. It was set up in August and worked for about 3 months, just long enough for the warranty to expire. Our spectrum router puts out ~ 240 mbps download and ~ 19 mbps upload while Ruckus is only about 45 mbps download and 14 mbps upload. The switch was replaced but the problem remained. The representative who set up our system claimed it to be "wifi on steroids," but not the case.
