Not correct

The only ruler without ads I tested but it sort of freezes the phone then opens up. So taking it off because of that.

On the LG G3 the scale is much too small to be useful. The ads, however are very clear.

The inches are way too small to be correct. There was no way to change it either.

This app just has 2 very small rulers and no settings. Who knows maybe it's not calibrated right?

I held a ruler up to my phone a adjusted the app on the screen. Hit save and done. True measurements after.

Once adjusted to an actual ruler, this app will be perfect for my needs.

i only see 3 inches on my screen. how do i scroll for bigger measurements??

Ste. R. Jun 21, 2014

The calibration only goes to 1.5 times. The default was 1/2 inch. Therefore only way to use on my galaxy 3 is to halve all the measurements. Not worth it. Also don't like white background.

I checked it against a physical ruler, and found themeasurements accurate. The only complaint is that the font is too small and it doesnt make good use of the screen to display metric and English units at the same time. Instead, one has to toggle between the two.

This would be much better if it had a different background color, or better yet, one that is configurable, even if just from a limited choice. Trying to make an accurate measurement (or calibrating, which is where I gave up) where you need to stare at the screen is really hard on the eyes.

Nexus 7 requires a calibration adjustment from 1.0 to 1.1 then it works like a charm. Default is centimeter but you can change to inches too. Inches is easier to calibrate with just get a ruler or tape measure.

Very straight forward calibration. Other ones didn't calibrate correctly. Droid RAZR.

Lol if I wanted to have to scale it to a real ruler, I wouldn't be downloading the app. I'm obviously downloading it because I don't have a ruler...

Only goes up to 4 inches and is nothing like a regular ruler

It includes the fraction measurements, I love it.

Not to scale! What's the point?
