RumbleOn

Its not a terrible app by any means. I wanted to browse the inventory but when trying to add filters the search only allows for ranges (example: $2500 - $5000 for price range & 2000-2005 year range). I dont like having to do several searches for a bike. But so far every other aspect of the app is enjoyable.

As a buyer, this app is great and so far the service has been good. The reason i didnt go with 5 stars is because of the search filter issues mentioned by others. A good idea...how it should be. UPDATE: My experience was great. whenever there were issues, RumbleOn responded positively and fixed issues promptly. One more suggestion, at times it was hard to get in touch - customer service should be available for all questions. This is the only negative.

I thought I would give them a try after hearing their ad on Pandora a few times. The form was pretty easy to fill out on the app. The photo process is actually pretty cool, it outlines your motorcycle to take the pictures. I was able to get the form done in about 15 minutes. Got my offer by email within 10 minutes, it was right in line with what I was looking at for trades in so I took it. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

concept is cool. however the APP is incredibly laggy. the page is not smooth at all. switching between photos is very very rough. scrolling up and down it skips. using this app gives me a headache. I'm on a brand new phone so it's not a hardware issue.

They have noticeably REDUCED: θ Their diligence in HONEST, CLEAR ADVERTIZING, θ Ability to easily contact a human (could not find a "contact us" link) In addition: There is no definition of "minor" vs "moderate" vs "heavy" damage. The 4 bikes I looked at today all photos appeared to be taken from 10 feet away. (Photos used to show close-ups of damage. ) Lack of an obvious way to easily contact them and A way to contact them hidden or difficult to find I wonfer if they are hiding things

It was a good idea but the filter options suck, there extremely limited and there's no categorization for the types of bikes you're looking for, you have to scroll through everything. They need a serious overhaul to the app

RumbleOn is a great app or website to find a used motorcycle on. Easy to use, and a vast selection of bikes. BUT, if you are looking to SELL YOUR BIKE, this is not the place. I understand that a dealer needs to make money off the bike (typically around 2k) so the sell value from them will be lower. But I was offered HALF of my bikes worth and it is in outstanding condition. I have been given offers much higher than RumbleOn. This seems to be a common issue amongst other users.

The app continuously crashes on my whenever i try to look through pictures of bikes or read thier descriptions. Other than that it's an awesome app. With some really clean and beautiful bikes.

the app won't let you log in or sign up; you have to do that through the website, but the website doesn't let you list your vehicle only get a ridiculously low (about half it's worth) cash offer. In order to list it for real people to make offers you have to use the app, which won't let you log in.

Easy to use app. But the offers are extremely unrealistic. I understand that everyone needs to make a profit, and different states have different markets. However $10,000 less than current retail is laughable.

App is non usable at this point. I tried to search for a bike and each letter I typed an error message popped up.

great app to look for used bikes. would give 5 stars if there was a notification sent for new listings or changes to inventory based on a filter (i.e. get a notification that a new Triumph was listed based on my filter for Triumphs).

The vehicles and the price are good but the reason for giving 2 star is the while creating a account zip is mandatory and you are allowing only 5 digts but there are countries where zip prolonged to 6 digits I'm belonged to one in the 6 digits category. so, we are not allowed to buy ?

I would not advise using this app to anyone. they offered me $200 for a 2005 Yamaha Vstar 650 classic with 11200 miles on it. Purchased for $3,000 a couple years ago and it's in good condition. KBB has normal listing value at $2,745. What a RIP off.

Took me seconds to decide this app wasnt for me. There isnt even a transmission filter. As someone who wouldnt buy a car without a foot actuated clutch that just seems lazy.

This app only connects you with inflated price dealers. The app itself isnt optimized well, clunky and slow. Installed and uninstalled in less than 10 minutes.

I downloaded the app just out of curiosity to see how selling prices compare to an actual shop. I was offered $1200 almost one third of the "rough" NADA value on my bike (which is falling between Fair and Good as per a dealer) l also had the same Harley Davidson dealership run it and they would give me 3 times the amount I was offered ... No thanks not getting lowballed

Just installed the app. Tried to search on the app it has crashed every time I have opened it. Tried restating my phone still does the same thing. :/

Very cool and saves a ton of money. Great for just price shopping and selecting the options you want too!

I only used this app to see if the comments were true. I work at a motorcycle dealership and a 2007 gsxr 600 would be bought for 2-2.5k according to the nada guide and I was offered 1k for the bike. Mind you that is for a stock bike not one with almost 3k worth of upgrades and all new fluids, tires, brake pads less than 500 miles ago. This place is a complete rip off save yourself the 15 min and just go to a dealer they will pay almost 2x if not more

A complete joke. The app kept crashing when i entered the vin of my motorcycle, so i went to the website where you can only upload one photo at a time, what a pain. I got a cash offer in about 2 minutes via email that is laughable. I have my beautiful bike for sale elsewhere for $4200 which is very reasonable and they offered me $400! Don't waste your time unless you are extremely broke and need to put food on the table tomorrow.

This app sucks I typed in my VIN number at least 100 times and it kept giving me the wrong Trim selection for my truck. And I could not find any customer service contact on the app if seek help so I guess they don't want my business. I'll find somewhere else or another company.

Sold my bike with the app, very easy process and very reasonable offer. Also seem to offer a good variety of bikes to purchase from.

Very useful app with attractive car collections. The used car photos are a good way of finding the car easily.

total ripoff! got an appraisal of my bike for less than half of its KBB trade in value. Total scam!! and now they offer to match other offers - what a joke!!! why don't you start with offering market value in the first place?!? then you wouldn't need to match others!!! 👎👎👎

I love the app but for some reason after the last update every time I try to open it I get an error message or it shows that there is nothing in stock. Please fix this.

Not getting any reply on when I'll get paid. Why is all this happening? I really need to sell off my car so, I can clear up some issues. But I just keep getting delayed by RumbleOn. Why?

Steer clear if your trying to sell your bike to them. Easy process and quick, but they take the term "low balling" to a whole new level

what a joke. $400.00 for my bike. yes it's a 2001 but it runs and has aftermarket parts. sounds and rides great. never again will I try this app, nor will I refer it to anyone.

completely garbage 😡 offers. the best thing you can do is RUMBLE ON. A complete waste of my time. i should send them a bill for the time they wasted. Complete utter bull largie waste if pretious moments that could have been used to smack flies off a donkeys butt would have been better spent.
