It's fun, it's challenging but it's also glitchy when playing on my Samsung S20. Many times the chips don't land where I want them and then trying to fix it makes it worse then the board resets my play. This gets to be frustrating and the fun of the game is lost.. if there is a way to make the game more accurate this would restore the fun and challenge.

30 seconds is not long enough when the game times out every five seconds and has to reconnect. I can't check or even swiped away notifications with out it disconnecting. I had to change my phone from gestures to buttons to be able to play without swiping up to see the different windows and it disconnecting again and again. There's also the problem of it wasting more time telling you you can't put a tile from the board onto your hand. I already know this. Stop giving me an error message.

I'll give it a one star for now, because although I enjoy playing with friends, playing with randoms I hardly have any cards to play. I've barely had it for 1 day and I've lost 16 matches with at least 30 tiles on my deck with which I can't even place 30 consecutive points on the board to be able to participate. It's frustrating to say the least and very unbalanced. I'd rate it higher if I actually could participate in the game instead of picking up tiles the whole time without getting to play.

I play this probably every day. However my biggest issue is being timed. I've lost countless games after some pretty good plays because I can't move everything I need to in the exceeded amount of time. This legit makes me angry because I have more losing scores than I should. I'll have a cube get stuck to the wrong pile or it thinks I'm moving it to my rack when I'm not. It's downright frustrating. I play the computer cause I don't care for people, and of course that isn't as slow as people are.

Fun but... 1) it's very difficult and frustrating to place the tiles where you want. The game should be more intelligent in predicting where exactly you want tiles to be placed on the table. 2) when you drag tiles to the bottom of the table to make room, the game thinks that you are putting them on your rack, and shows a huge obstructive snackbar that blocks the table preventing you from doing anything, wasting your time. 3) I recommend implementating a button that undoes the previous move.

The game is fun until you reach about level 5 and then the game decides to play at a supercomputer level, so you win maybe one out of 10 games. Literally, the game will do 40 + moves on level 5. No human being in the world can do that. Anyways, it's a good waste of time if you like losing games.

a good game and I love it except for the connectivity issue. Some days it's ok and other days it's impossible to have a game so disappointing in that way. I have contacted you and there has been no response.... have followed all the suggestions on your FAQ page... with no change in the issue. 1 successful connection in 6 attempts on average... The connection my end is good - connectivity issue with your server needs to be fixed. The AI response to requests for assistance is a joke...

Great free game, Ads are just between games or after daily reward, Only annoying things are sometimes other players being very slow or ai being incredibly fast 😉 It would be nice to be able to sometimes have the chance to congratulate another player at the end of a game but the 'next game/back to menu' popup prevents that. These are only minor irritations though. Thanks developers for an enjoyable diversion.

Two days ago, I had over 10'000 coins and an average win rate of about 34%. Something changed in the game and I'm finding myself having to pick up 26 or more tiles to be able to make a meld. My win rate has dropped to below 29%, but that is overall, I'd say these past two days it has been around 15%. I've spent all my coins, the only way to continue playing is to buy coins. I can't help feeling that this is set up on purpose, as if the ads after every game weren't annoying enough...

You need to fix this: when a player left the table the AI takes over with super computing powers. That makes the game terrible. You need to reprogram the AI to take that player's level and apply it to the game. It makes it unfair when the AI takes over, rearranging the entire table at super speeds and finish within 30 seconds. It's annoying. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

Best online game experience I've had. Earning coins to play is easy. Connecting with "real friends” not bots is smooth. No ads interfering with game play. Wish more of the favorite games had this smooth and easy of an experience. Major kudos to the company and the gamemasters.

Great game but terrible shuffling Too many times it's impossible to start. You can get up to almost 30 tiles on the board and the other players finish before you start. Duplicates of numbers numbers are too common. You need to improve the shuffle so it's fair for all!

I've played about 20 games in a row where I can't put up an initial meld until I've collected almost 25 cards. When you play and some has two cards left, it ruins the fun. I get there is chance involved but even up the playing field a bit with the algorithm maybe? Enjoyable to begin with but I'll stick to the actual boardgame. Deleting

It's fun, a little glitchy, however it gets less fun the higher you rank. It just turns into a contest of who can sit on a joker until the last move. I mean I guess that's one way to win if you just like the "luck" aspect of the game, but it definitely zaps the fun of the back and forth and rearranging throughout the whole game.

Ads are expected... But damn. This is ridiculous. You need 100 coins to play a game (not like most games where you get a certain amount free per day or anything). You either have to buy coins, or watch a long ad (or win games, which isn't likely when you're always stuck gathering to lay your initial meld and the others are already down to 4 tiles). So after watching a long ad to get just enough coins for one game, you have to watch another long ad before the game starts.... And repeat....

Love the game! Alot of ads. Why do the ads now automatically have sound? I've turned off sound in app and still have to manually turn sound off on each ad, if it has a sound icon. Rather not be forced to turn my phone sound off to play a game.

The AI is unbeatable even on the easiest setting in practice mode. This just makes for a repetitive and boring experience. I am always up for a challenge, but it's also nice to feel that you have a chance of winning once in a while.

Too many bots. If you start a game, you'll always have the disadvantage of playing last and 3 other random players (and/or bots) show up. However, if I don't start a game, I never would play. Other people can wind up in your game but you seemingly can never wind up in anybody else's game. If you complain to the publisher about stuff like this, they won't answer your questions. However, they will respond by giving you more chips. Also, no chat feature. Obviously, bots can't talk.

Only just found it but much better graphics to move tiles around than old one. Don't like all those awfull profile faces, there dreadfull. Still haven't changed those dreadful faces, surely you can do better.

It's challenging which makes it fun! I'm getting better and better the more I play. Takes a min to get into like I would suggest the tutorial and practicing a lot before playing online. Overall fantastic game I'd recommend anyone!

I'm sick of playing bots!! They can move their tiles at lightning speed. They rearrange tiles for zero reason. I don't know if it's the bots or humans that are constantly holding their tiles back, but it is not a fun way to play.

Used to enjoy this game. Then I went on like a 30+ game losing streak. Not fun getting screwed over and over again. Maybe add some sort of logarithm that notices when a player is losing too much that automatically hands them good tiles.

Fun and easy to use. Something that could be improve is too be able to pause the game or detect when having internet connection problems, as it kicks you out of the private games quite quick

I'll keep it short to avoid TL:DR. No coins, no real world money, need ads, no ads so no coins. Can't play without coins, uninstall? Also, why can't you do anything else with your phone without it having to reconnect?! (Open message in messenger overlay, swipe down to adjust brightness, etc)

Needs work. First, board layout and user interface is awful; it needs to start big enough for the entire game play -- too much time is spent rearranging. Second, this is a "play-all" game; there are no points used, except to open, which makes no sense. If you luck out with all low cards, you can have 30+ cards and not be able to open. Third, computer play is inconsistent and crazy -- making the board a mess.

Good addictive game, matches you with similar levels. The only negatives are the ads which are to be expected and too many games with 25+ tiles without being about to put down, strangely happens after I have won a game.
