RuneScape Mobile

Game worked great for a few weeks. Once my membership ended it's been non stop bugs. Unable to connect to the servers, UI issues, some visuals stop working when they feel like it. Seems related to losing my membership status but could be coincidental and just an update that's messing with things. Uninstall & reinstall to no avail. Wish things worked properly.

Best mmo on mobile hands down. Not as good as the pc version, but it never was going to be. Great for skilling, but for combat it's not ideal. Obviously that's something they can work on, maybe for the few of use that can hook up a mouse and keyboard to their tablet they could improve the UI.

Runs great on mobile I haven't had any problems, perfect for most things. Intense things like end game bosses are much easier on pc with keyboard and binds of course. They could review how chat works on the phone. It's honestly too small to read and as an mmo I end up ignoring anything said to me cause I can barely read it and when I play on the phone it feels like a 1 player grind.

Was working great for the first week but now i cannot login at all, changed password multiple time can login on chrome but cant login on the app is very dissapointing as i was just getting back into runescape been my first time playing with the newer graphics and it looked awesome and was having fun but now i just can't login at all wont even bring up the box to enter my credentials, please fix this its a good game, always has been

This is one of the very few apps I have gone out of my way to bother reviewing due to frustration. Do NOT bother downloading RS Mobile. Jagex heads are clearly pushing it to be more relevant in the current day and age, but this app is a joke. I've faced an innumerable amount of problems, however currently being locked out of my account on mobile for "suspicious behavior" for missing a password twice. Despite the notification my entire account has been suspended, I can log in fine on PC.

Ok this game is un review able because of how good it is. If you played runes are years ago it will be worth your time. They steam lined some of the more annoying parts and added a semi different combat system. Not a bad system just different. Alot of the quest have been rewrite in intresting ways and the game looks great for mobile. This is what most mmo should try to be.

Best game ever! I've been playing RuneScape for almost 20 years, I started playing just to keep an eye on my kids while they played, needless to say they all stopped playing and i'm still at it. it's an outlet for most of the players including myself, you can make new friends from around the world. You can also use what you learn on the game in your every day life like problem solving, farming,crafting and so on. I love the fashionscape part of it, You can play for free but members offer more.

I feel a bit cheated after this last double XP. I'm in the middle of a move so I knew I wouldn't be able to play as much, but Jagex said we could trade in our unused time for currency to buy things with (up to an hour a day). I log in on the last day to trade in the time only to find the clock was removing my dxp time even though I wasn't even logged in. I don't even have an hour worth to trade now. I also can't find nic the trader anywhere, despite the wiki saying where he was supposed to be.

Great game! Quality of life fix; None of the writing in game works properly. If you try to 'backspace', the whole thing breaks down, meaning that speech in the game or search functions are difficult to unusable. As an online game for mobile, it's alienating. Near uninterrupted graphical glitches in one way or another. Usually textures ingame, the mini map being blank or no structures loading in. Aside from asthetic, still fun. I'm a long time fan of runescape and will continue to be. Keep it up!

This game is unplayable on my new phone. It crashes immediately when I get into a world every single time I try to play. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and it does the same thing every time. I've let it download fully every time and I can't make it work no matter what I try.

The game its self is amazing let me just say that first of all. The main reason i give this game a 2 is because its so frustrating to use this app!. B4 the game was working fine and now all of a sudden I cannot sign in no matter what I do. keep in mind on the Pc everything is fine. On the mobile app when trying to sign in using Email/Username method this game just essentially tells u it cannot connect and to check internet connection and try again. Internet is working fine I tried both wifi and data nothing works. The other sign in methods like google and everything else brings up the login window but not the regular method. I basically cant even play mobile version of RS3 which is just annoying. I tried clearing data/cache, reinstalling everything you can think of but nothing. Until they fix this my rating will stay 2. I'm contemplating just giving it a 1 at this point. been like this for like 7 hours now.... smh

You should add a D-pad as others have suggested. I know that due to the game engine a joystick would not work well, but a D-pad like the ones on Gameboy advance emulators should do the job. I think it would improve the mobile experience significantly. D-pad could work for movement and then contextually change on some other situations like chat box options or something like that

I liked the concept and interface too much. Its so sweet. But less stars bcoz, it lagged a lot in tutorial itself, and why dont u guys simply add a joystick? Clicking the whole map in a 3D game is quite too annoying. And it also crashed in blurhorpe (can't remember the name exactly) village before even talking to that very first npc in that village. However i liked the interface and concept so much. Good day.

The game has so much in it which is fantastic, but it constantly booting you off for no reason gets very annoying. Everything else Ive ever put on this phone works flawlessly. The teleports have started throwing me to random areas of the map now and the map cant tell where I am half the time.

Game is pretty good aside from lots of micro transactions and excessive inflation on the game's economy. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the app crashes frequently on my less than a year old phone. Usually happens when banking or in high population areas.

That activity tracker needs to be something i can close.... screen real estate is limited and those 10 planks from a tutorial are the last thing on my mind as a returning player. Also graphics settings are cranked to unplayable levels by default, turn em way down for a smoother experience

Can no longer log in via email or username. It always gives an error saying it cannot connect. But I can start a new character just fine via a different log in method. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

I guess if you have the computer version you could work with this, but the text is WAAAAY too small on my 6.5" phone screen. My eyes HURT from struggling thru the opening quests and I don't understand half of what I did bc all I could really see was the yellow indicator trail.The UI covers up all but a tiny part of the screen, making accidental touches the norm. Sure it's a good game on computer, but this is a really bad port. Not to mention the name restrictions make everyone's name unreadable

My account was recently banned for macroing while I was playing Runescape Mobile. I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF THAT'S POSSIBLE IN MOBILE. The anti-macroing system probably detected my phone stylus as I like to be precise with my taps. I contacted Jagex support and found out they're virtually nonexistent. I put in an appeal and all I got back was a weak automated message telling me my account was "reviewed" by multiple JMODS. A game is only as good as its customer service. I am absolutely disappointed.

I'm not going to talk poorly about this game. I'm sure it's a great game. If you played it when it was super popular. If you are brand new to it though, and came here looking for an MMORPG along the lines of Skyrim or something, look elsewhere. This game is not meant for new players. If you aren't familiar with the mechanics, you will probably feel bored with the point and click experience. It is easy enough to learn. But everybody else online has enough experience to make your head spin.

I've played RuneScape for 15+ years have the 15 year cape and all. I love it. But on my phone it doesn't matter how much signal I have, battery life, or if I'm even on wifi. The game crashes while playing fine. I'm talking about working great. no lag. full FPS. good ping. and boom. Crashes. Sometimes even signing me out and making me verify I'm a human. More than once a day.. any help or a way to fix this would be awesome!!

Been playing on mobile since release on 2 newer android devices. Since last mobile update its almost impossible to interact with other players..I can't see most of them. I can't see emotes. when I accept someone's trade request I trade a whole other player. My animations also appear not to work at all.

Returning after years of not playing and I cannot even access my account. After 'recovering' my account and getting a new password set up I can't get past the authenticator third party app. When I try to disable it I am given a message that says it emailed me a link to disable it and I never receive the email.

Used it for a while worked great but now crashes constantly I've used new phones and still the same on any android will change review if game is fixed if I could it would 0 stars as it stands crashing every few min

Had to make a new account because the app just does not let me sign in with only an email/username which is the only way I can sign in with my 15+ year old account. :/ What I mean is that even though the option is there, it is broken.

I love this game and up until now. Played 15 years . Recently the game crashes before even loading up and it really ruined me on it as I haven't even got to play my membership much at all . Almost wish I could get reimbursed

Great game. UI and mobile experience are good. Some stuff is harder to do on mobile but for the most part it seems way better than I would've expected from the other reviews.
