Update: they have changed the name, but the app is as bad as ever. Will not bother going into details, but extremely poor app. Can't get the app basics right after, I don't know, 4 years? 1) they had to cancel the order because tandoori is not open till 7pm. Could you not just take the item off the menu and save me the time I spent ordering and paying money? (2) the order got canceled, and the discount coupon doesn't work now! How stupid is that? (3) there is no refund to the wallet, so I have to pay again. If I want to use their app in a sane way, I am forced to use paytm.
Update:23rd april 2017 The runnr guyz again proved how efficiently they can loot people's hard earned money.Made another mistake of ordering again from runnr on 22nd april.Payment of 325 rs made to citrus payment solution but order was not placed even after that.Again they are saying payment not received while my bank confirmed about successful payment.Bank also confirmed about successful payment of 340 rs done on 11th march 2017 and gave me transaction no/prn no.But runnr is simply denying that they did receive the money without showing any proof.You guys are biggest morons among all food apps.You steal people's money and don't even care to refund that.You will not last long if you continue looting people like this.I have lodged complaint against you to consumer forum for stealing my money. Runnr guyz are fraud..they deducted my money for failed order and even after repeated request did not even bother to refund my money...They are total cheat!they even asked me to share my other bank transaction details with them!worst support guyz
Worst delivery ever, and delivery guys don't have the manners how to talk and if you call him again, they are not picking the calls itself and support guys also not responding
I liked your service. On time, No surge. Sometimes I found some menu items cheaper than other apps. Too bad you had to shut down B2C business.

Tried many apps. This is the worst. First time ordered ice cream, aftr 15 min got msg runnr is on his way with order. An hour passed after . Nothing got delivered. Customer care was unsupportive, said allow us some time blah blah. Called restaurant directly, they said to call runnr customer care. Overall worst experience in food ordering till date.
This app is good but I have order today(28/01/2017) 1 chicken khosa and rosagolla ,the chicken khosa price was 185 rupees in bhojaharimana restaurant ,kormongla. But when I open it was only 2 pieces when contact with runnr CC they saying it's from restaurant end and they cannot do anything. So guys my suggestion visit to the restaurant and buy the food don't depend on this type of worst application
delivery guys don't follow Google maps for navigation purposes...They call a female customer at 10.16 at night and ask them to guide him in direction for 10 mins constantly while driving and simultaneously asking passer bys for directions. And then they have the audacity to tell her to come in the main rd to take the order saying "madam already in second cross and can't find your building". I mean seriously he wasn't even in the lane called 2nd cross... Customer service just passes feedback to have this avoided in future that's it. No security...No meaning of promises...no compensation.I have faced this twice with my orders and today was the first time I ever highlighted on an order... Disappointed with chat support also now...
The app says that it is not active in my area. However, i have spoken to few runnr delivery executives and they say that they do deliver.
First time I tried to order, money got deducted but order was not placed. Also the app keeps crashing.
Took money.They them-self cancelled order, no refund. Customer service chat will stop responding if you point out there mistake,
They took my order and informed me after 90 mins that the order has been cancelled . I don't know how they work with the worst customer support
