Terribly disappointing. It took literally weeks to get customer service to help with install issues, and then the runs started freezing--after I paid for them of course. Customer service responded initially but didn't solve the problem, and then I could not get hold of them. I couldn't get a refund or get the apps to work, so bagged the whole thing. I've since discoered that there are MUCH better apps out there for treadmills--and less expensive too!
Inaccurate, consistently at least a quarter mile off by the time i hit 1.5 miles. doesn't show speed when speed changes -even with the setting confirmed on. have to reconnect to my Nautilus T616 treadmill before every run but u have to start a run for the connection option to show up... also blurry and expensive runs. falls way short of the advertisments. also doesn't approximate steps or give u an option to keep your speed fixed on screen. avatar options are not inclusive of all skin colors
No support whatsoever. Contacted them over a number of weeks about an ongoing issue, the answers I received, when they finally did respond (which took two emails) was completely incorrect and unhelpful. Asked about basic compatibility with earlier versions of Android, they said they didn't know, and basically I was given no hope that they even cared to find out. 1 star.
The android version, compared to the ios version does not provide an elliptical option when selecting your machine. It does work but sees it as a treadmill. Also does not show heartbeat feedback where ios version does. Lastly, it crashes and randomly shuts down (on both android and ios). Concept is great but it is buggy at best.
A tip which may help some people. We experienced the black screen etc. on both a galaxy s7 and s9+. We found if you ensure all apps are closed and nothing is left running in the background the app works every time for us. Hope this helps someone.
I like the app.It is not so boring when you run an hour or more on the treadmill. downside app crashes when cooldown and the run it is not saved. I have a nautilus t618. please fix it then 5 stars.
I have a hard time getting the picture the time and all starts but a black screen. It seem to almost everytime. Great if I could get it to work
This app is terrible. I should have paid attention to other reviewers before purchasing some of the runs. I can't get through any of the purchased runs because it will always stall at some point and close down the app. It is worthless.
Depending on what equipment you use, this app does not allow to log workout in the equipment. So though it's nice to see stuff you don't follow your progress
Does not work at all. Either keeps loading or you get a black screen with just the interface.
Pathetic app. You should fire the IT behind the garbage app. Clearly it doesnt work so fix it! Big company like Nautilis promoting garbage but making it look so easy to use in their videos.
If you are running Android, this is hit-or-miss. App installs fine on my Android 8.1 Samsung phone but not on my Android 8.1 Fusion5 tablet. Go figure.
Very buggy. Distortions appear on both left and right sides of Galaxy S8 screen.
Makes treadmill running more bearable. Seems to be accurate in regards to time/speed.
They all too much for in app purchase. This thing buggy as hell. Feels cheaply made and rushed.
App doesnt work whatsoever. Connects to my machine but the view just glitches and doesnt even move...
Won't connect. Great idea. Will tell my high school students to create a better app.

the app is great but why are there no afro-american avatars? I mean seriously its supposed to be me running, I'm supposed to relate. I'm not understanding why a brown skin avatar cant be selected...SMH..
Customer support is terrible! Had & continue to have, an issue with my avatar being created twice, & no help on how one can be deleted! Also, when trying a new run, it takes at least up to 10 mins. to download, which if you are ready to start your workout, becomes very irritating! In terms of the variety of scenic runs, very nice. Also, I like the distant count & the other individuals (avatars) running behind & ahead of you. Summary, app. still needs work & customer service needs improvement!
