I paid for the app and wanted to keep using it as is. But it forced a conversion to "Runtastic" identity that now demands I create some new account and provide personal information. You've locked me out of even viewing past data if I won't. What sleaze. GOOD BYE, you took my money but will not yank me around like that. Uninstalling.
Please include Google fit integration. It would be good if we could see the heart rate data there. The app is very good and helpful. Also, the interface is simple and beautifully designed. I am loving it 😍.
What the heck happened to our accounts? I paid to upgrade to pro? Message says Server unable to connect. I use it for my heart rate measurements!! Can't retrieve password. What happened? I loved this app... Bring it back please.
I was very happy with this app, and disappointed to find out they quit supporting it almost a year ago. I'm looking for another that is as easy to use. Thanks runtastic!
Works as stated Good, simple easy to use UI. Developer should add an option to auto sync the heart rate data with new Google health app
highly unaccurate PRO version every time it shows my heart bit 100 & above even after badrest. my other phone galaxy 8 shows accurate as per body working 2nd problem after installation my google fit stop working
Most of the time, this says "no measurement results" although the finger covers the flash and the cameea as directed. I regret purchasing this app.
Does not work anymore. Cannot get past the log in screen since the app can't reach the original servers. This happened since the company was sold to Adidas.
This wasn't a subscription fee, it was a paid app and it requires no servers. We need to be refunded for this. Really shameful from this company
The app is good in itself, has accurate results as well, but no google fit integration yet.
App worked great for years until Adidas came to town and shut it down. I paid for this app. It was great while it lasted.
One star minus for the unnessary Addidas ads at startup. I didn't pay for the pro version to watch the Addidas logo. Else OK.
Not working anymore. You can't pass through login sceen. I have paid version, but it's not working anymore.
It worked great on my old phone, Galaxy S6, does not work at all on my new phone, Galaxy S 10+.
Does not work on android 9 the flash turns on first time and then i'll measure again and will not turn on. Help please

Doesnt work, cant even login or create new account. Dont bother, there is a better heart rate app in playstore.
Worled very well for the xperia Z5 but it cannot scan my heart rate for the XZ premium pls update so it can i want to measure my heart rate but for the XZ it really doesnt work pls fix 🛠️
it asks to put finger on cam along with led. the led becomes hot tht it starts hurting the finger if u take reading twice ...uninstalling the app
just found out they shut down this app, is it possible to refund my purchase as we can. no longer use this app, or make it that we don't need to sign in
Overall loved the app but would be better if you keep different Profiles for different people.
No longer works. I was logged out and the app states that it can't reach the servers, even after installing and uninstalling the app. I have a lot of heart rate data on the app for my cardiologist that I would at least like to be able to access. This was the most accurate heart rate app that I have used and I am sad to see it go.
