Have this app on my tablet and it works no problem. But when I paid again to put it on my Samsung S5 and try to log in it says check my netwirk connection. There is no problem with my network connection. They have option to log on with Google or Facebook but the links dont work. Please fix this!!!
GPS often fails to log correctly and does it only every minute or so (screen locked, Road Bike running on background without restrictions). It still lacks a barometric data information. Galaxy S8.
Great app, pretty full of features. 3 things to comment: 1) it needs to show the finish hour/time at the end/stopped activity, not just the duration; 2) the app shouldn't try so much sending us to the web for more data or feedback in activities; 3) should allow enter routes from the app or to create them from a history activity.
1.While buying pro version I was expecting statistics and history in more graphical presentation but may be you will update it in future updates... 2.while cycling you add only 4 types like speed, duration, but as you have number of options available please add one more page where we can add more type... Or all type available in app.. 3. Pro app should have night mode.. 4. Please add more ways to see our activities.. graph, calendars etc.... Please update this things i will give you 5 start
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIA APP!!! Have had this app for years. Was great to start but now have been logged out and won't let me log back in as it says my profile already exists. VERY FRUSTRATING as I have years of riding histyor. Runtastic must fix this. Why is it that the people that support app in the begging always get screwed.
I changed my smart phone and my 2018 data wasn't transferred. This data is lost and i presume un-recoverable. No very good in this day and age. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
I paid for this app, and used it for years. Now the developer says they have discontinued this app so I can no longer sign in to use it. They also say they won't refund me because they warned me they would turn it off. How can the Play store allow this!?
This app was perfectly working with no auto-update... As did all the other Runtastic-Apps. Until you need to move to a new phone... I understand that adidas doesn't sell as many bikes as shoes, but they also don't sell shoes where they take your shoe-laces away once the shoe reach end of support...
Another good app fracked by selling it to someone who only cares about the data and not the user's experience. Like many others, can no longer log in. Thanks a lot! For nothing...
No longer works. I believe Adias bought Runtastic and deactivated this app. It WAS great. I bought the PRO version and loved it. Now it will no longer allow me to sign in. 🤦♂️
Paid for this app, have used it for a few years. App showing that the account already exists and not allowing me to log in! Sad! Runtastic please restore !
I paid PRO version amd used it many times and worked well. Now I can't login. I can't restet my password. I can't recover my account.

Like many others I also paid for the pro version and now I'm locked out of it, the app has been bought by Adidas with no concessions for Runtastic users. Greed and money are the ruination of so many apps.
Bought the PRO version and it's been close to a year since I was last able to sign in or use the app at all.
I'm not able to log in. It just hangs endlessly at the loading screen.
For the past 2 weaks unable to login in app. Same issue for road bike app
Used to be good but now it doesn't work anymore on my Android One, Mi A1, Version 9.0 (pie).
Every update becomes suckier. Can't login says doesn't have email. Same as runtastic adidas 👎
The application does not work for a long time. i have subscribed and i don't get the service.

Fantastic app with lots of great features. I love auto pause, voice coach and ability to share events afterwards. It's easy to contact the support team via the online forum. Runtastic send some great emails with tips on healthy eating and exercise. I'm looking forward to try the app with a Bluetooth cadence sensor. Definitely worth upgrading to Pro. I've used a similar free app in the past but had no auto pause and not so many features. Great to have weekly emails with statistics on activities.
