Runtastic Road Bike PRO

The app is OK, keep the historic and it is also available through their website. Easy overview of older activities (per month/year, etc). The main problem is with their graph/analysis of the data which is bugged for a long time (used to have a Samsung A5, now with an LG V30 the situation is the same). The activity graph is reporting random high spikes in speed that really shouldn't be there, making the "max speed" statistic (very fun over-wise) completely useless. As well as stops (as for waiting at red-lights) are causing a serious trouble in the graph. Also last version (3.6.2) crashes every time i try to open the "privacy" in the settings menu. :)

Good as a route map you can either create your own route or use ones created by other users. Finding bicycle routes in your current area requires a low learning curve. However, it is a shame that the app is not really compatible with Runtastic Speed and Cadence Sensor, very very difficult to connect. You must be lucky each ride for the app to connect to both sensors and function properly. Most of the times it will show either your speed or cadence only or none at all. Note that my Runtastic Speed and Cadence Sensor functions well with other cycling apps e.g. Ride With GPS that will connect to both speed and cadence sensors without any problems.

I too am having issues with the auto pause. It doesn't resume automatically after a short stop. Had I not had my Cat Eye cyclometer I would be drastically reporting the true number of miles I have ridden. The auto pause feature worked perfectly on my previous phone, a Droid Turbo running an Android 6.0.1 But when I upgraded to the Pixel 2 XL running Android 9 and checked the auto pause, this feature no longer works. Come on guys, let's get this fixed. UPDATE : July 25, 2019 : After reading some of the other comments I went to runtastic's website. It has a series of fixes that one should try if you are having GPS drops and auto pause malfunctions as I, and others did. What I discovered was that my OS, Android 9 has an app "battery optimizing" feature, which is nothing more than marketing speak for, restrict the app's usability. Once you unrestrict the app, it functions as it should. So, I took 2 rides and had no GPS drops, and I know it is right because I compared the app's mileage with my cyclometer and it matched. Then I activated the auto pause and it worked perfectly. Total mileage matched and the number of minutes paused recorded.

For me, much more cooler app than famous Strava (which monthly subscription I just don't understand)! I love this app! One little bug I found in the current version: changing units system to metrics, is not saving after app restart. The rest is just perfect, good work, devs! Feature request: please allow to change app's settings after activity started: especially keep display on. Thanks!

app no longer lets me login, no matter what method I try, unable to build me account, because my emails already exist, but cannot reset password because email doesn't exist. requested refund but paid for app over a year ago so, option not available. Was a decent app until they broke the linkage of profiles associated with Google or Facebook

Over all its a good app in the free version , on i have taken paid membership, surprisingly I am facing errors. Distance is automatically calculated in miles. Even it's ch ages in units as km, once I Close the app and open it will again show as miles. Sometimes signal suddenly get lost. Hope you can do something on it

The app just does not work. I swiped through the initial screens at first startup and then it starts loading, forever. I left it overnight and it still did not load the app, which cannot be right. Please fix this, I really enjoy using Runtastic apps. If it's of any use, I am running Android 7.0, EMUI 5.0.4, Huawei Honor 8.

It doesn't let me sign up! Trying to sign up using email keeps saying "maintenance, sign up later". Using my Facebook, it keeps trying to access my friend list. When I decline, it doesn't login. Stop trying to access my friend list!

Taken down without warning by an unresponsive developer. The app itself was excellent when it worked, but one is no longer able to login & any data already recorded cannot be accessed. A paid-for app taken away without justification or compensation: in the real world that's called theft.

Getting an error as "Couldn't get current person". I didnt use the app for a long period and tried using it now. But getting the above error. Not able to use it even though i paid for the Pro user.

Used to work fine. But today it was not the case, i cannot login and reset to change password seems also to fail. Try to create a new user, it says the server is under maintenance. As a paid app, you should do it better. To make it even, serious, if Adidas really took over this app they also need to do something about it.

It stopped working, not able to log me in, keeps sending me back to the log in screen, they should have said it is good only for a year, there is no refund or upgrade available, a total waist of money, stay away from this app. What a scam

No app development at all going to switch to Strava as soon as possible. My custom route took 2 hours to update on my profile n now vanished somewhere without any reason. Lots of bugs and still no sign of improvement or community updates on Pro app that im using since quite long.

Login revoked for paid user. I paid for this app in 2017, but now I can't even login to my account!! Whether the app is owned by other companies, they must responsible for all paid user before.. It's very disappointing that this reputable developer before not taken any action for this issue at all.. DON'T BUY THIS APP FOR NOW!

App stopped updating and wouldn't let me log in. I emailed them and they said it was no longer working and they wouldn't refund my purchase. They should have at least refunded me for this app or given me credit for their new app.

I paid for the app in 2014. They dropped me from their account recently. I will have to pay again to reinstate. Buyer beware... there are a lot of unscrupulous sites like this. Purchase the pro version at your own risk.

The app stopped working, absolutely ridiculous to say the least after having PAID for it, even if it stops having updates, it is awful that they actually don't let you enter in your own account anymore.

Like others, no longer able to log into the app. It tells me user already exists, but I am not trying to create a new user. I am able to log into my account on their website, but not via the app so this paid app is now worthless.

This does not record your whole ride,there are cycle apps that actually do what there supposed to do on the market, and there free, complete and utter waste of money for me.

Do not buy! I'm not able to login anymore, it looks that application and server gathering all users and journeys data is closed (not possible to reinstal application) . Waste of money!

This was such a good app... then they got rid of their website services. Now I cant export my gprs files easily. Time to find a new app.

App stopped working. Do not login anymore, I have lots of data saved, do not accept top change passwords or create another account. Where is the support to user??

There's still room for imptovement but the best available... as a cyclist I feek it's better than any RUNNING app that dabbles in cycling... strava I'm kooking at you. How did strava become the go to cycling app, when runtastic beats them hands down?
