Interface looks dated, takes lot of time to load features, sometimes hangs or just returns back to homepage without loading the feature. Not much thought has gone into developing it and testing was done seriously. Does not give confidence to trust them with your money. Update : app is still slow, crashes on click of some buttons. Interface is still unintuitive and looks amateurish.

I have just used the app for about a week. Made my first investment. It was a smooth process. The app is extremely convenient to use. Kudos to rupeecircle team for due diligence while selecting borrowers. It would be great if you could add a calculator where lenders can calculate their expected monthly returns depending upon their investment.

These guys are just stealing your money. All loans in moratorium for more than 2 year now. Hardly got any money back. You will die first before connecting to customer support. This is the reason, startup fails. You might have an idea, but it's execution that matters. Luck for them, there is no 0 star rating.

I think the app is good. If you are looking for alternative high value investments. Its been a year and half with Rupeecircle and I find it convenient to invest money. Right now i ve 30000 still lent to 6 different borrowers. However, recently i noticed glitches in the app, i can't open my recent lendings.

The dashboard is awesome. It is very easy to navigate to all the other forms from dashboard. Only drawback is the speed and response. Loan Recovery is very low. Investors are at huge loss

Guys don't invest any money on this platform as look like totally scam , once you done no customer support and not received any single EMI . I would not suggest to invest any money in this platform .

Really bad experience. Started application for loan on Jan 25th 2022. Showed eligible and sanctioned also. Then i uploaded all the required documents. Today almost 15 days completed, poor response from team. No calls ya still all my documents unverified showing in website. Enquired online for further status if any but no response. If its the scenerio whats the need in case of emergency. I am giving Zero rating actually. Really worst experience.

I have been an investor with rupees for more than a year. I'm not satisfied by the performance. I haven't received emi for long period always getting same response from customer support. Same updates. I'm not even get emi even after tenure is over. Among 4 borrowers only one loan closed all other borrowers paid only only emi almost a year gone. For all tenure is over. I suggest not to take risk as a lender in this app.

the individual loan emi details of the borrower is not opening. Immediately on pressing check details, instead of showing individual emi details, it is going back to dashboard main menu. 2. In the investment done- all investment made-delayed status menu, cases which are not delayed and due for emi in the next month are also being shown here.

I would like to give a suggestion regarding adding funds to rupeecircle wallet. Currently this process is manal. First, User has to link his/her rupeecircle wallet account as a beneficiary. Then funds can be transferred to this beneficiary. In between user bank approval is also required. Instead of this manual entry, the whole process can be automated using payment gateway integrated with credit card / debit card / net banking / UPI. User can pay directly using the gateway for instant payment.

As a lender one would be completely disappointed with their efforts on collection. It's been almost a year without a single emi received but they haven't sent a single notice to the borrower. They keep on saying that they are trying their best to collect emi but there isn't any transparency about what they have done. I am invested in other P2P lender but rupeescircle is my worst experience and as a lender I wouldn't recommend anyone to lend through them.

I have used this for more than two years. Impossible to withdraw your money from account. Withdrawal request are not processed and no body respond to your complaints. My miney is stuck with this app.

This company is fraud. They lost my 4 cheques, They don't receive call, for their mistake they charged me late fees. When I told them to remove late fees charges, they said, I will but they didn't. This continues every month. I paid full settlement amount in month of January, but till now they have not yet closed my account, Now in these month my Cibil score fall down from 755 to 624.

Invest on this platform only if you want to lose your capital. They have no loan recovery mechanism whatsoever. Its limited to chasing loanees on phone calls only. there is no legal team, no collection team.... Dont get carried away by there sweet talk. Their risk ratings are all arbitrary, not based on any credit checks... They dont pick up phone calls or respond to ur email either. So whether you make or lose money is all LUCK!

Unable to move past the banking details page. After entering the bank account details, the 'Save & Next' button does nothing. Please fix this asap.

No response to the investment delays. We are left to beg them for status. The delayed payments are just left as is. No visibility on the legal proceedings.

Worst app. Do not download it. They give loan but after that they start harassing u . Emi gets deducted from account still it's never updated on their app . Customer care will keep calling u end number of times from all different numbers asking for proofs. Still they are not satisfied with all proofs they charge you late fine. Pathetic customer service.

Seems excellent alternate investment options ...I just started Liked this for 2 reasons ...1 Being micro finance , real ground level needy are serviced 2. ROI is good Need to experience more and it's trustworthyness

One of the wrost app ever. It will take all your data..and in last , application has been rejected. Don't trust this app..all are paid rating which given 5star. So guys don't trust it and don't lost data.

Don't even think of installing this app I invested just once a year back just received on e installment they don't have backend to recover loan.. Choose othe app i2i or lenden..

App is not working properly. It does not open with message ' unable to connect to server'.

I find this platform beneficial for investments which fetch good returns and managing risk to the optimum level. Their procedures are robust and their IT platform is excellent. It brings the investors and borrowers together and handles in a seamless manner.

Fraud Company! Lost my money by lending on this platform. All 10 borrowers Defaulted! They have no collection team!!! LOST MY MONEY SCAM!

While adding contact number from my phone contacts, the app suddenly stops. Please debug this issue.
