In one word HORRIBLE!!!!! It was great when the service first started. It has subsequently gone all the way down the hill. There are some issues that require the assistance of a person. However none is available. I no longer get texts with card activity or balance. I just got a new phone, downloaded the app, it needs to either text or email for verification. I have attempted this process repeatedly but receive neither email nor text

Just Trash. I too tried 3 different times to download and use the app. I get just a black screen with the logo. And yes when you call customer service it directs you to contact them online or thru the app. I've been lucky enough to not have any funds stolen or frozen, but I can't deal with Rush no more. They are definitely suspect. Do yourself a favor and send your money elsewhere. Green dot is great!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased a item on Mercari for over 600.00. I never received it, and their customer service is a joke and they are ignoring me for 6 days now. Deleting the app. Called rushcard to file fraud charges or get a refund and their customer service could care less and is no help whatsoever. Switching banks and deleting app. Don't get a Rushcard or expect help from them!

Are y'all just plain stupid or something? I am STILL trying to login so I installed the app again and you are sending an email with a verification code that expires within 5 minutes. Kinda hard to enter a verification code when the email never arrives not even in spam. I have had this account 3-4 years but may switch in the next 24 hours if this isn't resolved.!!!

not happy with rush app. keeps crashing even after the update.. very annoying. when u trying cut down on time. and do from home. has become very inconvenient. been a member since 2009. I expect good service. please help fix the issue. I see I'm not the only one.

This is by far the worst updated app I have in my phone. I've been a customer since 2008, always deposit my tax refund to my rush. Now I'm being to upload my social security card, Id, and 1040 form in order to get my refund. When I first saw the text in reference to this matter I automatically thought it was scam so for me to feel more comfortable with the situation I tried to call and talk to someone about it and no there no one to answer. The app does not help with this matter

Horrible!!! I have been a loyal customer since 2007!! Yes there has been a few issue when the system "updates", but this is out right unacceptable!! I can't speak to anyone regarding my issue because both #'s I have hang up after reciting the automated message! I have emailed my issue which still only give "cookie cutter" automated "do not reply" emails with a useless case ID #!!! Trust and believe, once I activate another financial service, it's goodbye & DON'T look back!!😡🤬

I'd give this a BIG FAT ZERO IF I COULD!!! I use to use his app all the time but now it won't even let me log in all I get is an error message saying it's not connecting to the internet and I've tried EVERYTHING on my phone to see if it was something with my settings but there isn't anything wrong with my phone.

Ever since last week or something the app has been glitching not only will it not let me login into my account on the app or the website but it’s not even sending me an email or a text message. I’ve been a member with RushCard for 3 or more years this is the first time this has happened. And the automatic helpline is a waste of the on the website as soon as you send your question it doesn’t reply back. I won’t even let me post my review

I would like to request more features in the notifications settings, specifically for letting me know when money is deposited into my account, but other notification options can be added as you please. I also hate the pop ups that come up before seeing my balance. My suggestion/resolution to this would be to add the ads/new feature notification as another banner under the card displays on the home screen of the app. Thank you for your time.

Used to be a good card/bank to use but now customer service is rude when your able to speak with them and the help button don't work in the app. When the c.s.r finally responded by email it was like 2-3 hrs later and basically didn't answer my question. Got me frustrated and I've been a member since 2011.The automated phone system makes it damn near impossible to get to a live agent. And the email I received was automated as well 😡

ever since the past update, I have no way to access my card to Ingo money on to my card, every time I try it force closes the app and makes the app restart. this is making it legit impossible to get my paycheck. if you could remedy this immediately, that would be much appreciated. Oh, and your customer service gives me no option to actually talk to someone about it either, so calling in pointless.

I was charge money for expedited services 1-2 days ( Replacement Rushcard) not received until a week later. I have tried everything to get a refund. None of the Rush agents seem to be able to assist me!!! I've been getting the run around for almost a month now. I'm still out of $30. Everytime I ask about closing out my account I get the run around

Out of all of the accounts of this type that are now available, this one is in the top 2 of the worst ones...second only to NetSpend. They find every reason in the world to charge fees, make everything confusing on the app and there is absolutely NO customer service. Don't waste your time with this card. Get Chime instead. I have never been charged any kind of fees with Chime and when you need to call, they actually answer the phone and help you.

Worst and most stressful app EVER! When it is operating properly you have no control over anything, you can look at your money and transactions which would be cool if nearly any of the businesses were identifiable. 80% of the time I've had this app it won't remember my login. The company is WORSE. Intense language barrier, they hide their live customer service in the automated services via the phone. Just horrible experience all round.

The only reason I'm giving a 3 is because I've been customer for many years and was pleased up until this last update. I've always been able to cash checks with Ingo, but since this last update it keeps crashing before I can even get information in. Please fix the problem Rushcard, looks like it's affecting many customers. It's let me down in an emergency.

There's problems between the app and the website. You get transaction info on one and other info on the website. Its too bad I can't get full details on the transactions and usually have to go between the app and website, instead of all in one place.

I've been with rushcard for 10+ years never had an issue until Sept this year someone got my info and spent my money, I've called multiple times all to be on hold for over an hour and nobody answers! The phone number says to speak to a live person, use the app or website. When I press help on the app, it kicks me off the app. Rushcard isn't what it used to be. I'm about to close the account in fear of my money being compromised

RushCard app is trash now you can't even login, I have my correct password and username and all it says is, error we can't process your request try again later... I tried again and it locked me out, then tells me to go to retrieve your password/username and when I do that all it does is send it to another email I don't have, whether it's through text or the email option...yall need to fix this asap or continue to lose business

Cannot get an agent on the phone through the number listed for direct deposit problems...the system says my card number is an incorrect entry and that my SSN and DOB don't match any of their accounts, so i have no way of finding out why my paycheck hasn't been added to my account. Absolutely useless company. I've found another bank - i am completely disgusted with RushCard.

Downloaded the app. Entered my UN & PW. A pop up appears stating that I can have an authentication code sent via email or text. Only an email option appears. Clicked email & an error message appears: "We couldn't process your request, please try again later"

The App needs to be updated. There isn't anyway to recieve help from customer service as the links do not work and when calling in the automated message states there is a high call volume and immediately hang up. This is not a professional way to do business. Fix the app ASP PLEASE, otherwise there will be no good reeason to continue with such poor service.

worst ever!!! I am not able to load my check to my acct since the update. whenever I try and choose card it crashes! this is becoming the worst card ever.I have had them since 2013! and it's just been crashing each year like their site!! pitiful. no stars!!!

DISTROUGHT! I have been a customer with rush card services since 2008. I had never had any major issues until this year 2020. I was charged $700 unauthorized charges and I have not been paid credited reimbursed not one penny. I work hard to earn a living and when I needed my money the most it was taken and I was denied any reimbursement what so ever. The reason is still unclear. It's been more than a month since I initiated the dispute process. I have cooperated with everything I feel robbed.

I would give zero stars if possible. App constantly crashes. I even called customer service about the crashes and they had no solution. Definitely have to look for a better card.
