Worst customer service with delivery charge!
At first was a big fan, past several times major issues with delivery and service. Other apps are now servicing koreatown, will be using them from now on.
I love this app. It's the best delivery app, especially for those delicious Ktown spots. RushOrder for life!

It really is a shame that all the prices are hiked up by 3 bucks and up. 7.99 at the restaurant but you guys charge 10 for the exact same dish? I would understand if there wasn't a delivery charge, but a $5 delivery fee not including tip with hiked up prices. No thank you.

The best choices for food delivery in LA
Customer service can't be beat!
I hate to leave a negative review for such great customer service. However, the last 2 times I used this app were just awful. The first time, I let it go as the restaurant's fault. RushOrder contacted me right away and gave me $5 credit for my troubles. Then most recently, I used this app just to use my $5 credit. Delivery took 1.5 hours because apparently the driver went to the wrong address. They reimbursed me by half. I appreciate their genuine concern and attentiveness, but I won't be using them again.
Love the different restaurants they've partnered with - great for getting food that's not on every app
Know they're only in LA right now, but for us lucky Angelenos, this app offers all sorts of new restaurants you won't find on the other apps out there. Big fan of what these guys are doing!
Most places are 2.01-2.4 miles away making delivery uselss
