You should remove the modal dialog that prevents users with root access from accessing their account through the app. I don't get why you think it's better for me to use my phone's browser instead - awful user experience. Tell your PM they're making silly decisions.
They put you through hoops to deposit a check. My experience has been so bad that I have opened an account in another bank and will close this one after I change my direct deposit.
I suddenly can't tap anything when I open the app, so that's cool. Can't log in or even look at instant balance
decent basic app... but it needs to have a better way of integrating the credit card statements
easy to use and understand.
Sometimes issues with virtual deposit but it does it's job
Very useful and easy to use.
You have to remember the answers to questions just to transfer money between your own accounts which is inconvenient.
I love it. I use it all the time.
Easy to use
Love it
Update: broken, can't even open the app, running Android 8.1 on my OnePlus 5, used to work before, have submitted several "feedback" to see if it's fixed, may need to open an account on another bank that the app works as expected... Will see soon So far so good, it would be better if I could use the fingerprint scanner to log in but its fine as i can use the quick balance feature Update: received new Android 9.0 upgrade on phone... *Paste the same information from above here* Bye account!
I only got as far as the RFCU flash screen. It just hangs there until I kill the app. I was trying to run it on a MEIZU m2 note running Android 5.1 with Flyme OS 4.5.4A. I received a message from the developer in December stating that "We are working on another release and hope to improve access and performance for you soon". I am still waiting for this update. I would be glad to give it 5 stars, if this app would work on my device as well as my other financial apps do.
This would be a great app if RFCU would get mobile check depositing capabilities. Then one can be anywhere and practically fully bank, and RFCU would be really appealing to students and alumni. UPDATE: It's fall and I haven't seen anything on the site about the mobile check depositing capabilities. Any update you can share?
You should have RFCU mobile pay
I have not been able to open the app for weeks, despite sending error reports every time I try. I am using the Android Galaxy S6. The app immediately crashes when I try to open it.
I use a password generator, which means my password is a long, random set of characters. The app won't let me paste, nor can I toggle back and forth between the app and my password vault. This app is therefore totally useless for me.
The interface is even more intuitive than the RFCU website! Love that the app designers decided not to make the user think too much about every click. Very functional. Lovely experience.
It's keeps locking me out of my account and I have to keep calling to unlock/reset it
Not good it will not let me sign keeps asking me questions
Its OK, does the basics.
Customer service is pretty good. The credit union is a little behind the times, but not when it comes to applying new fees. The ATM machine doesn't accept deposits, hours changing constantly. Poor hours. Three days a week. Closes at 2PM. Most people are off work after 2. It caters mostly to the students. Still with them though! ALWAYS been there for me! One more thing. Would like alerts on deposits/withdraws. That would be so convenient.
