I work for a wholesaler that reps RUUD. If the app wouldn't force close so often it would be great. I step many contractors through the process of using this app as I have been through the training at a corporate meeting. Very useful to send cut sheets and specs and warranty info. Pretty much everything to do with all RUUD products, parts lists, etc is easy to find and send off to contractors. Very easy to use but needs some fine tuning. ALL THE INFO IS IN THE APP JUST LOOK FOR IT!!
This app is kind of useless for a contractor. I work as a service and installer representing ruud. First, couldn't set up account It asks for our distributor goodin didn't come up to select. Second, what would help in the field is an app where I could look up model number an get a parts list with protech part numbers so when I check our shop stock I can find the part or after hrs calls if I have to have goodin open up they can find the part if (experienced it) our rep can't get on to system to look it up. I've tried on several different occasions to look up warranty or verify a warranty. The app doesn't do what it's supposed to which doesn't surprise me considering the manufacture it's tied in with. My question is what happened to Rheem what happened to Ruud?
Ive clicked on "create account" with several different devices and nothing happens??
Can't open parts list. Say's file is not supported. Please advise
