Way too heavily monetized for a game I've already paid for. So they keep trying to get you to buy a credit pack for $20 which is an insane price but the popup comes up a lot. The daily rewards popup is nearly always there and they aren't even rewards, you have to watch an ad or complete a survey to get them. Great game though

Today the game started to ask me non stop if I need more coins. Independent of what are my clicks. Really annoying! Update: in spite of an update, the above aggressive and annoying behaviour is even worse. I am really disappointed, if it is not a bug but something deliberate it shows total disrespect for the users.

I'm not sure what I got for paying for this game. Sure I don't have ads, but I didn't expect for it to be a pay to win game. Upgrades like more time can be purchase every game and so never play on equal footing w/o $$. I also can't help but wonder if I'm playing real people in the team games because I never have 2 wait on ppl to go/finish. Is the score completely determined by the game developers who want me to buy upgrades? I wish I didn't buy this paid version and don't recommend the game.

Love love love! My only negative is I can't seem to connect my Facebook or get help doing so. Otherwise, perfect and fun great platform!

Addictive challenging word game that's a lot of fun to play with many modes to choose from. Easy to set up many simultaneous games for a long lasting challenge.

Still missing the pictures of the players like we once used to have. Thank you to support for getting the game fixed and where I can text again although I lost several opponents due to the break down of the texting issue.

Ruzzle has been one of the best games I've paid for. I've adapted easily to its changes and updates, and found them challenging and enjoyable. However, in the past few months, it lost its attraction with its requirement to view ads to gain coins to competitively play in its Events challenges. Most ads are 30 sec in length, some in foreign languages, some don't deliver on the coins even though watched. Ads are limited to the amount you can view to obtain coins, which decreases motivation to play.

Too bad all real words aren't in the Ruzzle dictionary. I took one star off for that. The game is really fun though.

Use to be 5 star! Even after paying extra for no advertising, I have to decline it after EVERY GAME! WTH?

Used to love this game. But the developers are more and more sacrificing enjoyment for profit. As others have noted, boosters are almost essential now, but are more arduous to earn from too many ads. And in team play, instead of having a decent spread of different level opponents to play against, now the odds are almost always stacked against you for losing, making it harder to avoid having to buy the boosters. As a long-time player, I'm deeply disappointed in the choices made by the developers.

Hard enough to be interesting but easy enough to be fun. However, wish games were numbered, or something, so you could go back more easily to specific games that were particularly interesting to see the outcome. For example you may be playing 1 person in five different games but the outcome of only one of those games is really interesting to you. It is difficult to go back to try and figure out which one is was . Maybe there could be a way we could mark special games with a star or something

I have a love hate relationship with this game. Currently I hate it. In tournament games I can not look at individual players in opposing teams. I like to keep an eye on the completion to see if their top player is playing heavily or if their score reflects several players contributing to the score. If I check, I have to restart my device, game freezes. MAG has not been able to explain this. Anyone else having this problem?

PRETTY MUCH A BUST AT THIS POINT. Continuously losing on all games/tournaments, glitching, freezing, closing. Destroying my averages trying to win just one game. Stressful. Go-to ap for years. Paid for ad removal long ago because it's worth it. For the past month or so, game has some issues. The biggest being glitching during play, causing many missed words. The sounds are lagging, as well as loading time. Profile pics are also gone. 💁‍♀️ Hopefully these problems will be fixed soon.

Excellent game that also provides a good mental challenge!

Ruzzle has become so ad-heavy that it locks up constantly. Incessant ads freeze multiple times while playing. I have 110MBPS speed, fairly new phone, NO issues with any other aspect of phone but Ruzzle. It used to be my favorite game. Now it is a chore to play, waiting for the ads to load or stop freezing. (I bought app on iPad but, even though I sign in to account on phone, Ruzzle on phone doesn't believe I have paid. Do we have to pay for every device?)

Played this for some years, fun, plays well, especially against your friends. Just be aware when playing in tournaments you might be playing against others internationally who have a different board in their language, results might not be at all comparable, still a lot of fun!

Can't invite friends to games as the url doesn't resolve. Can't search for existing accounts either. Facebook login seems gone and I had to create a new account, password reset doesn't work as it says my email isn't recognized, but my wife sees it as a previous opponent! Zero stars, and I paid to this too!

I've played off and on for years. The quick match-up and game play is great. Unfortunately, the team play is overrun with suspicious players, who somehow score ridiculously high scores but are only level 1. In addition, the team/event games' boosters are priced extremely high.

Still Christmas... In July Despite all the ad revenue, apparently we're too broke to melt the snow, and will be stuck with Christmas the whole year through. Game used to be updated frequently, but it has now been 7 months since it was last touched. Assuming they've abandoned any further development of the game. ***** Reducing to 1 start because that's the same response you've been giving for months, yet nothing. Plus today, tourneys didn't end, they've gone into negative countdown.

I like the game, have been playing it for years. But the team play allows purchases of cheats which cheapens the competition. Also, seems like there should be a way to use chios to buy coins.

Haven't been able to play for a week. Tried reinstalling multiple times, restarted my phone multiple times, did a hard reboot, been emailing with support but can't get to the bottom of the issue. I can't access my settings or my teammates for the tournaments to let them know what's happening.

Nice game but very annoying notification frequency. I really like this game but after the recent redesign the notifications became really annoying. Pleas give us a way to switch off the 'new tournament' and Co notifications other then disabling all notifications for this app in the android apps settings. (then I will rate one more *) And if you fix the terrible lag, recently introduced by an update, I will rate 5*

I'm stuck in the same game round three. I've played it 10 times. I reset my phone several times. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I'm unable to resign from the game. This is where it is stuck. On the submitting screen, but never to the next one that says time's up.

I really enjoy this game! I've been playing for almost 10 years. Thanks for the great game.

This game is the biggest rip off. I purchased the Parmid version 4 years ago. I got a new phone and tried to download the app again with the same Google account and it charged me again. When I tried to get a refund from Google they would take the game off my phone. When i tried getting a refund from the developer they said that they could not do it. This is bad business. Recommend not to buy this game.

This game is a lot of fun, especially team play. One big negative: the latest revision made it way more difficult to earn boosters. You have to watch endless advertisements to earn the gold coins you use to buy boosters. Without boosters it's difficult to be competitive. It used to be one ad per booster; now it's four ads per booster. I've lowered my rating from five stars to three.
