Ruzzle Free

Great game, but everytime I click anywhere on the god damn screen a different add pops up. I'm not even mad about that. The worse part is that i can't skip the adds, when i try to skip the adds it takes me to download them, and it's soooo bad i can't even exit the game because of the adds. I get that you need to make money but at least make the game playable.

I rated it a 3 stars cause im still having fun but not fun with the freeze up, I have also been playing for some while now too and everytime I play a board it freezes up and I lose about 15 seconds and in that time I could have gotten a few more words and beat the component but since it freezes up, I don't end up beating the component!😟😠 Its also probably not worth paying $5 for ad free either cause u will probably still get them anyway and a waste of $5, I never never buy it

This game would be fun if every action you took didn't result in ads that last longer than the actual game play. If the only way to keep the game free is to force feed us ad after ad after ad, it just isn't worth it to us (the consumers). Making the game premium without ads would almost be better because game play wouldn't result in automatic punishment. Uninstalled.

(Edit)Game's been slow and glitchy. It skips letters, doesnt follow finger movements etc. My production(ie wins/amt of words) has decline significantly. I even went to verizon to do a soft reset bc i thought it was my phone. This has been going on for a good month or 2 and im sure im not the only one complaining(ive sent several emails as well sooo). Light a fire under your tech ppl's collective arses and fix this problem pronto. Angry in Cbus

I love this game but over the last 6 months hate this app. The ads are ridiculous, get one after every game & it's super long. You can't log out of the ads, if you try it'll take you to Google PlayStore. The game now takes forever to even start up. Some bugs need to be worked out on this app.

Loved this game until the tournament events started not crediting the scores after first round in the events.Both the daily and weekly!Despite the supposed bug fix,and reinstalling it several times the probelm persists! No fun to play tournament daily or weekly when you don't get your scores counted! Big letdown and when you complain thru email they do nothing to resolve the issues.

Love the game ruzzle, but game still freezes up, its not responsive at times, it even flips the beginning of game whe I am in the middle of it. Several other players and friends with different phone, different internet had same problem. !! What is going on ? Extremely frustrating !

It is absurd when you use the bonus options to not even score near 1000 points. Over and over. Tried to give it another go but 10 times in a row using all the bonus options and the highest score was 1200. No thanks. Just isn't a fun game anymore. Shame.

Love this game but has some major issues. As soon as it opens, it automatically closes. If I can get it open long enough, I stay a round and then it closes. After SEVERAL tries to finish one round, I just give up.

Ads are one thing we deal with when choosing to play a free version, however...fix the ad situation, please. No need to have us back out of the app just to get on with playing. Some new Ads are freezing up.

Here we go again... another horrible update. Play is lagging, can't keep up with swiping causing freezes, missed letters, etc. It puzzles me that Ruzzle/Mag has so little regard for their players. So how long are we stuck with this sh××ty update?

Game is addictive but it is hanging while playing words specially when the game is about to finsh (last 15 seconds) from last few days. I have updated version of game but still the same problem ..Because of hanging issue I am not able to make words or complete on time.

I will continue to give one star ratings unless you stop using notifications to advertise the game. I only want to be notified when I've been challenged or it's my turn. I don't want notifications for tournaments, etc. There should be a way to turn this off.

I have no problem with you guys making money with pop-up adds. However what bothers is me is how often these pop-ups freeze and the only way to get rid of them is closing the app.

Horrible UI. Game cuts out on every other ad, and there are glitches that can easily be used to cheat. The surveys on here to get more coins are obnoxious, prying, and scammy; don't give them your information! The game would be fun without these issues.

Used to be fun minimal ads now it's an ad every time you play and it's one of those ridiculous ads you cannot close. Whatever is advertised I will never use just out of principle.

This is such a fun game! It challenges my brain!!! I've met some really nice opponents who have been playing much longer than I have (only two weeks in) but they help me see all the word possibilities which is helping me think more outside the box and find bigger words. Very very cool and fun game!!!! 100% recommend!!!

Big Issue, I am using a new M51 Samsung mobile but since I started using I was facing a lag on the game while playing, I had made my first complaint on your email Id in last year in the month of November, I was informed they will resolve it shortly, but till today it's not been resolved, even after repeated reminders, no response at all. Its been 6 months now. Are you going to look into it or not.

It freezes, lockup and not smooth making words. Same on my android, iphone and ipad. It is fun when it works, but unplayable when it freezes making words, but clock still counting.

I've been playing at least 7-8 years. Ruzzle is a great game; however, lately the tiles are sticking when the counter for the last few seconds starts. PLEASE FIX THIS! It's causing me words/points that could be the difference in winning or losing. Fix this issue and Ruzzle is a 5 star game.

Great game, but don't recommend it unless you don't mind having to wait several days, to a week, to finish a 3-round game. You're allowed 3 days between rounds. WAY too much time!! Players need to finish what they start!

I ran into a cheater on my 4th game. Somehow, they managed to find 64 words the first game, and 77 words the second game before I was even done reading my game play stats. Literally ten seconds. Please add an option to easily report cheaters from within the game.

I love this game but the ads are brutal. I've been playing for some time now and have gotten used to it. I also bought the "peeping tom" in the shop, and never got it. I would like my money returned there. Overall great game though! Love the fast paced boggle style.

The game overall is great but I only get to enjoy it when it's not glitchy and it's been happening more often than it should totally ruining the experience 😏

If you sleep your phone, the game continues on and you loose the opportunity to continue. Dumb. If I am playing while waiting for food at a restaurant and the food comes, I should be able to pause or sleep the game. If I am playing and the doorbell rings, I should be able to pause the game. If it time to get on the plane or get out of the taxi, I should be able to pause the game. It is dumb that you cannot do this. If zero was possible, I would give it a zero.

Game freezes but the clock keeps running. Can't make words when the game is frozen. Frustrating.

Trying to invite someone who signed up, link via text doesnt work and seached for his Username in app and still doesnt work. Updated app too. How do I find someone??
