The app is helpful finding campgrounds, but feel it could be more complete, there are far more out there than it shows! Another helpful feature would be to show a better pricing for them other than just one, two, three or four $$ symbols, far to vague. As for reviews, they can be helpful, but when they are over a year old, take them off, can be totally different if there's been changes, keep it current please!

Excellent for locating specific campground types. Great app for planning. Very comprehensive list of campgrounds. Poor for navigation. Absolutely requires support for multiple navigation apps rather than forcing users to use Google maps. In remote areas I rarely have s data connection required for Google. This is a major flaw in an otherwise excellent app.

A lot of campgrounds on the app are closed making back up research necessary, it would be great to have the ability to inform the admins so they can remove those campgrounds. It would also be nice to have a filter that allows only stores with overnight parking (many in the Denver area do not allow). Overall good concept, but poorly updated and maintained.

It's an okay app that could be really good. Current bug doesn't allow you to use the search. The Url it generates is missing a '/search' before the 'q=' Also would be nice for you to be able to set your home state/province so the map loads to that as the focus area.

I first reviewed this in 2018 and said "Very useful tool for trip planning and travel." I gave it 4 stars at the time. I've now changed it to 1. App has no capability to filter for specific amenities like 50A or pull through sites. That might be in the pro version but have I no way to tell. I plan our trips using something else and occasionally use this app to read campground reviews.

They don't update it anymore - last update was 2017. Also, biggest problem is the map doesn't update when I open it or modify the list and there's no way to force it to update, literally rendering the whole thing useless. The map shows literally nowhere in the whole United States to park. Obviously it's broken. Pixel XL Android

We used this app quite a bit on our 28 day camping trip out west. Was nice to get recent feedback on some places we probably would have stopped at, but found out they were not allowing overnight campers. Found some nice county parks to stay at that were right on our route, cheap and had water-electric. Plan to use again this summer.

Still the best app for RV cross country camping. It provides as graphic and textual encyclopedia of RV Campgrounds, state parks, national parks, federal open lands, and friendly boondocks sites. The user reviews are informative and helpful. There were a few errors but all in all a first rate service to the camping community. Great service. Error rate now minimai

I paid for this app. Used to display everything I selected just fine. Years ago 😔now really bad display. Nothing comes up except campgrounds. No gas stations, no rest area, no Walmart, even though I've selected them. Using a different one, just wish for the amount paid, I could ask for a better service!!

Useless-Disorganized app. The app presents you with a list of "top rated" RV Parks. This lists a park in Arizona next to one in NY, next to Alaska, then Florida. Is there even one person who doesn't care if their next campground is in Florida or Alaska? This is completely useless as a tool to search for or evaluate RV parks. Completely useless!

The app is most excellent free. I wouls pay for current updates., a very humble monthly or subscription fee. Otherwise, this is a list of places to call and ask about. 5 stars for what it is, free. Really could use an updated service, to the point of passing on a % of the most proven savings.

Some so called camp grounds I have checked out are limited to like 3 sites and 2 have permanent tenants on them. If it has no reviews... most likely a reason! LOL. Overall app is user friendly, and provides better information and listings than Google maps alone. Used together interface works great.

I'm seeing a lot of thing that need upgraded. I'm seeing low clearance warnings for a low clearance that is no longer there and has not been for 6 or 7 years now. Also found a copycat campground with a bogus 1 800 number. I've left comments some 2 years ago and no changes. I do not trust this app at all on finding a campground.

VERY helpful app. Tons of great info on campgrounds, boondocking sites, and low clearance hazards. Allows crowd-sourced inputs. I would buy the pro version to help support the developer, except that 1) it's too pricey ($8), and 2) other recent reviews highlighted issues with the pro version.

This has been my GO-TO-APP ever since I was introduced to it. Eventhough I compair other apps campsite rating, I like how it allows me to get navigation (thru Google Maps) & quickly back to the app for compairson & decision. A future up grade might be ability to build your trip calendar, which I do separately on phone note pad (Samsung Notes).

Very helpful app for while we are RVing. Like that you can use with or without Wi-Fi. You can put in a destination it will give you the milage & you can search the area around your destination. It could use an update as many RV parks have closed.

Update-8.8.2020 still happy with app! As a recently retired person looking to travel the US, this is my go to, one stop shop so to see what's available! The UI is easy to use, intuitive and simple. I couldn't ask for any more from an app of this caliber, happy camping to all!

Paid for the Pro version. Try the free version first to see if the app even functions for you. Database for RV park listings doesn't appear to fully load in the app. Seriously incomplete. Some sort of bug. Kind of defeats the purpose of the app. Android phone Moto Z4 version 10. Contacted developer. Tried to reinstall app but to no avail. Gave them a chance to make it right before posting this review. Took a week for them to respond. How does one get their money back?

This is a great little ap to use as you go down the road. Be sure to enlarge your area to see all the state, local, and national parks too. I especially love that the ap shows you how many miles you are from your campground. makes planning easier. It also has GPS directions .

Bai. N. Jul 25, 2019

best ap for traveling. Love how it keeps map data in its cache for times when you don't have cell service, but can still see camping or other points of interest. Filters for different campsites, dump stations, gas, stores, etc make it way more useful than a typical map service.

Ed. W. V. Feb 17, 2019

love this app. have used it for several years. i only wish that the items listed in the itinerary could be rearranged by simply sliding the items to a new place rather than clicking the menu then move up or down one spot and needing to repeat.

Enjoy the app... but you use Google maps. I've used Google maps before. Going through Kansas as an example, it was directing me down grave roads. I can understand grave roads off a main road to get to a campground, but not going from one part of the state to the other... Which map server I used should be optional.

Just got the app for planning trips with our travel trailer. Very informative. Gives ratings and reviews from people who have been along with links to websites and phone numbers. It's a one stop shop. I would like to know what the number on the pin point means as it may help me from looking at ones I'm not interested in.

Ric. F. Apr 6, 2019

This is by far the easiest and complete camping site app. It shows many additional sites when you zoom in on an area. Even the County and State Parks. So many they cannot all be reviewed. We used it two years ago all the way up into South Carolina. 4 Stars Richard

Mau. C. Mar 11, 2020

Just did an unistall an reinstall to see if the campground icons changed from red dots to depiction of actual campground (state park, county park, COE, etc.) No luck. The app used to show them, now I have to click on one to see it. Very annoying.

Very useful while traveling across both the US and Canada. Need to remember to zoom in to see all the information. Links to websites and contact info allowed us to book ahead as our day progessed. Found lots of great sites that we would never have discovered - esply the municipal campgrounds. Often thses are well located and provide excellent services. Of course, all the Corp of Enginners and Forest site are listed as well. Would not travel without it now. Not quite as detailed for Canada.

Very good attempt but still has a lot of holes. This app is definitely geared towards RV campers. A lot of the parks I know about that are for tent only campers are not listed. For camping in an area that I am not familiar with, this app is great. It list campgrounds but also places like truck stops and parking lots you can sleep in.
