Absoluley rubbish app. So unreliable never works when you need it too. Always says connecting failed. Not been able to access cameras for months now. I have smart eyes pro for another premises and it works every time.
I had some IT guy set this up on my LG G5. It worked until I closed the app. Ever since, every time I start the app it wants me to register. I've done so many times. The guest account that was initially installed never worked again after I closed the app. I was given new credentials to allow me to steer and zoom our cameras but am still repeatedly asked to register the app. I uninstalled, reinstalled and now need a url. The unresponding IT fool is too stupid for words.
This not a fair deal... This app can't connect to the Dvr .....and if by chance it connects then you can only view cameras once you are on the same router... What's this really???? A wastage of money and time
Lost the start review button so can't get it to work since last update. Can't find a way of contacting anyone for answers. Very frustrated and disappointed
Will only work locally, every attempt to log in remotely says connection failed. No manual or information available. Password reset email never comes through either.
Absolutely waste of money doesn't let you use different WiFi or mobile data to view the cameras I mean what is the point of viewing the cameras on your phone if you are using the wifi inside the premises that the camera is using obviously you install mobile app to check the cameras when you are out and about not to check it when you are home
Cant get it to connect to wifi network! Every time I go to put in the wifi password it just says ' the ssid' I be put that in also still same message.
Very patchy, sometimes works most of the times doesn't. I don't really use the app much but when I need to it just won't log in
App does not let you do remote viewing when you are outside your house and using your own data or other wifi. WHY????

for anka dvr(cheap chinese model 4ch) the user manual say to install this app for remote view. So far so good hope it stay like this.

Works great! Reading others reviews who has issue with the app/connection from out and about are end users with no technical knowledge. I set the whole system up myself more than 6 months ago and still running as it meant to be. Pretty sure most of the time not the app but the router and/or DVR/NVR settings wrong for others and they don't know what's wrong and what to look for. People don't think about DDNS settings etc they just want plug and play stuff. Grow up and learn a bit if you want CCTV
