Audio wouldnt work, the messages center of the app also doenst work even after updating app today. Cant contact dr to let her know I've never recieved well note or anything in my email ad expected. Zero stars, waste of money most likely. Wish there was a way to make contact.
Doctors each have about 30 patients waiting at any given time. The app only works with WiFi, when I tried to run it on 4G it kept throwing me off and I lost my place in line. When I finally got to the doctor he was very knowledgeable and pleasant--but he did NOT call my meds into my pharmacy. So now I have to go back out and start the process of being treated all over again. Plus there is no means to communicate with any administrative person through the site to resolve my issue.
Was very easy to set up & speak to a Doctor she was very kind, understanding & most of all helpful. I will use again & would recommend to others.
the process to get started was quick is easy. The doctor was friendly and the visit was easy. the doctor answered all my questions. I was provided a prescription that was sent directly to my pharmacy. great experience l.
After long wait time it is Easy to talk to Dr, but impossible to reconnect to message back the physician. In app message feature DOES NOT WORK. Prior visit Rx never got sent to pharmacy. called the app contact phone number waited for 90 mins with no answer. If her condition gets worse I have waisted 2 days thinking we are getting the right tx. Will go to urgent care center ASAP in the AM .
Horrible. Waited 2.5hrs for the first doctor, then I remained 1pt behind for 1.5hrs. Called customer service, no one picked up for 20min so I just hung up. Second try later in the day, 3hrs with 30 patients ahead of me, then just as I'm next, the app logs me out. Wasted my time today.
Didn't work for me. I filled out all my info, but the doctor transferred me to a different doctor, who did not pick up. I cancelled and now all my info is gone, and I'd have to type it all in again.

Don't except my insurance. Not happy about this at all. But if I can get to the hospital my insurance is accepted. SMH.

Awesome and resourceful app. Saves time and money. Doctors are knowledgeable and legit, and take their time with you. No complaints.
Had an initial glitch with the first doctor, showed a black screen and no audio even at max volume. He canceled and I chose a new doctor. After connecting the video feed was fine but audio was extremely low, I had to hold it to my ear to hear. The doctor was very kind and thorough and helped me with what I needed. Overall the app is relatively easy to use and enter info. I think the app can use some work, however, on the A/V end. Used on Samsung galaxy S20+
