I've been using this app for the good part of a year and it was great at the beginning but going through my profile lately I' ve noticed that it's not updating its data, therefore my phama history is incorrect. Also, I placed notes inside my refills on numerous occasions asking the pharmacist to contact me but they never did so, either they are not reading the notes or it's not being posted to them conspicuously because I have not been getting the requested phone calls.
It crashes and shuts down every time I try to use it. I Uninstalled and re - installed and now it just gives me an error message. This could be really useful if it worked. Samsung S10+ and AT&T
I can't even create an account. I am using my gmail email address, it matches in both boxes, but it keeps getting rejected saying that I need to use a valid email address. I give up.
It rarely works......Its unreliable and frustrating. When and if it starts kinda working its easy and lots of convenience. It hardly ever works though......
How do I delete my personal info off the account? It does not have any options to edit the personal info! I have tried finding help in the "contact us", it has so many different options about so many different projects, it's very confusing as to who to contact, I have had no luck with this.
I used to love this app, but for a few months now it won't let me log in or reset the password. I wish this issue would get resolved!
Have had several issues with the app not working and now after android 10 update it's not working again. Tired to email the developer but the email that's on the app is not a good address.
Loved it before.. then after update, it lost all my info.. then didn't recognize my email and when i finally gave in and opened a new profile in a new account it would not let me put in my info. does not recognize presciptions i have scanned and today i am back to square one. it doesn't know me or my email on e again.. i give up..
This particular version of the app needs to have the bugs worked out. When I attempted to login, I received the following error message: "Sorry! There was a problem connecting to the website. Please ensure you are connected and try again."
Please fix this! This was a very useful app, but after I upgraded my phone to a Samsung S10 plus, it doesn't work. I have deleted and reinstalled but no change.
Can't even log in to look at my profile or order my scripts. *Edit: 4/7/2021 Still doesn't work. Can't even log in. Edit : Reading other reviews this seems to be a common problem. I have deleted and redownloaded but it doesn't help.
Tried to set up my account. Kept telling me the password needed to be 8 characters. I tried everything. Not a great experience.
I have tried to set this app up several times with no luck. It won't reset my password, and if i try set up a new acct it says my email is "taken". Also setting up a PW is extremely touchy --if it doesn't meet the requirements you have to start over. Of course it doesn't tell you the requirements ahead of time...thanks for wasting my time.
