Rx-Brookshire's,Super 1,FRESH

I've used this app for years without any problems! Since my Samsung Note 9 updated a few months ago, the app crashes everytime I try to open it! I see a lot of people are having this issue! UPDATE 5/26/19....this app is still not working on my phone! It immediately crashes everytime I try to open it! Uninstalling & reinstalling does no good!! I see others are still having this problem also! Why hasn't it been fixed?

Crashes when I open. Started when i updated my Samsung note 9. Several people are having the exact issue. Maybe the app needs to update to keep up... UPDATE I have been waiting for an app fix that has not happened. I will be uninstalling the app permanently & transferring all meds to CVS. I only have a few minutes at a time to make phone calls & not having the app, I have to make several calls to call in refills. Nice while it lasted.

The app was great...when it worked...now all it does is kicks me out or won't let me in at all...it say the app has stopped working...please fix this issue so I and others can use it again and maybe give more than 1 star.. I reinstalled the app and was hoping it would work but it doesn't. It still has the same problem even though its updated..I really loved the app when it was working. I wish they would take these reviews seriously and fix the issues.

I give up. This WAS a very reliable convenient app. Worked well for months, but now it only crashes whenever opened. I reinstalled it 4 times same results. Also happened a few months back and thought it was fixed but apparently not. Easier to just call the store direct and use automated system.....less aggravation.

This used to be a great app but when I got the recent Android update for my Galaxy 8, the app crashed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it just does not work. Developer, Please update your app! 5/11/19 Same problem. The Play Store should just remove this app because it does not work on Android phones and it appears that nothing is being done to fix it since the last update was January, 2017. Renewing prescriptions by phone is so inconvenient. I may just transfer them.

Update... got the new & improved app... still doesn't work on Android 9. Worked once, able to login and look. Next day, tried to open it back up, and crashes again, same as before. Works on older versions of Android. So I'm only able to use on my wifi tablet. There are other issues to be fixed. ---- Original review.... Will not work on current version of android. Apparently Brookshires has no intention to maintain this app, since it has been over 2 years since last update!

This app was a 5-star app until a few months ago. I can't pinpoint a particular event that caused the problems to start. Now, every time I try to open it, it crashes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that does not work. Hence, 3 stars. It worked great, now it doesn't. I believe the developers could fix it, they just haven't.

UPDATE 091519: They finally released a new app and it installed and opened successfully. Hopefully it will work properly and we will be back in business. ____________________________ No longer works! Crashes on open. Please fix it. I've used it for years and loved it. Moved from a Samsung Note 4 to a Note 8 and the app crashes. Have reinstalled, etc and nothing works. HELP!

Absolutely worthless. Password didn't work so I tried the password recovery but it will not accept the correct information. No response from their email support so I called the support line and was told that the android version of their app is no longer working and the software developers should have an update "in a few months."

I've attempted contacting Brookshires support, no response, this app hasn't worked on any of the past 3 android phones I've had for 3 years or more. It crashes when you ty to open it. It's useless and Google needs to flag it and remove it from the play store until Brookshire's can get it fixed.

This app no longer works on my Galaxy s9+. I have reported the problem several times and still no results. I have uninstalled and installed multiple times hoping this would help but it did not. Please remedy the problem. I really miss the convince that this app provides.

App used to work great, now it keeps crashing when and if it opens. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, adjusted settings...nothing works! very disappointing. UPDATE - App still crashes w/Galaxy Note 9! Used to work great...This really needs to researched.

This app is useless. When you open it it crashes I have made several complaints but nothing ever gets fixed. This app used to be very helpful with refilling prescriptions and seeing what medicines are needed. Completely useless, don't waste your time downloading it.

I have used this app for a long time with no issues. Now I can't login. After scrolling back 60 years, month by month, to put in birthday, I never got a text or even an email for new password! It's time for a new app Super 1!!!!

what's up? has been working just fine for years and all of a sudden doesn't open. said something about and upgrade so uninstall and re-install and still doesn't work. I have about lost all faith in super 1 all together. people rude, rx never filled when suppose to be, and now app dont work. think time to find another provide for my rx needs.

this app no longer works after the last Android update. Hate to give it such a low rating as it has been working for me for a long time and I prefer to use it. hopefully they can update it so that works on the latest Android soon.

I used this app exclusively to reorder my meds and haven't been able to use it for the past 3-4 weeks. Not sure what changed but it won't even open without immediately crashing. I'll update my review when it's fixed. Using the Samsung Galaxy S10+

It worked amazing for months on my galaxy 8plus and now the second I touch it to use the app it fails immediately. This didn't start until after the last Android update. I'm really hoping it can be resolved. Thanks
