Works fine for me. Easy to send the Pharmacist a message if I have a question that does not need to be answered immediately over the phone. I get my alerts when a refill or new script is ready to be picked up, can see when my refills are scheduled etc. Works just fine.

Since the update 4 days ago, my prescription lists have disappeared so I cannot request refills. The same is the case for my son's information. I was quite happy with this app, I'm not now.

Great app...until the reminders stopped working. I've become dependent on the reminders and now they only work when I open the app and it tells me if I missed a dose. I'll need to use another app for the reminders now. I like all the other features, though.

I'm frustrated that my full med list no longer shows. None of the 3 important ones are listed to select for action. Also, I am more and more aggravated that it uses it's own keyboard instead of the Google keyboard. I get no word suggestions, spell check, or easy punctuation like on my regular Google keyboard. It's really a hassle.

Some of my Meds are listed many times and confusing on which ones to order. Meds from years ago are listed on inactive and discontinued list and also listed many times. This started happening with last update. I liked it better before.

Very confusing has old meds and new meds put together someone needs to hire a web designer!

Not a fan of the new authorization process. I like when I could just enter my pin and look at my account. Now every single time you try to open it you have to enter name, birthday, go thru 2 agreement screens to receive a text, get the text and enter the passcode sent to you just to see your prescriptions. Too timely just to see if something was filled or a message was replied to. My banking and finance apps don't even go thru that much security.

Needs major fixing an updates that there is none available. Just fix it been over 2 months of my meds saying not active , was nice why it lasted I'm about to delete it permanently..

Everytime I try to login it says there's an error or just kicked me off I've uninstalled and reinstalled and I'm tired of it so I'm just going to get rid of the app

After recent update (ver 5.2.270), all my existing prescriptions were deleted. Stopped working, entirely.

unusable. updated, so it logged me out. attempted to log in ONCE and it told me I tried to log in too many times and therefore my account is locked. this is why I had to go back to a version from LAST YEAR before, even though it won't let me read any received messages unless I send a message in reply in order to simply view it. staggeringly horrible app. so great and helpful for disabled people. /s THANKS.
