Tried to access account received message " Your session has expired after 20 minutes if inactivity". I was just trying to sign in, it seemed as if it was pulling up the information. Then the message if session expired after 20 minutes. Please fix it. I've never had a problem with it before. Reinstalled app after 2 years from previous review. Tried signing in received message "not able to retrieve coverage information". I'm done trying to use this app. No more tries. Waste of space.

It helps keep track of your medicines & has a page that lists all the Humana Apps you have. I wished that when you use the fingerprint to get into the app you didnt have to use your password as well and there is no way to unlock/edit your prescriptions, you have to delete the script then input it again just to change the milligram. At least there is no other way that I've found or know about yet.

can't log on anymore keeps saying session expired even after I resigned on with name password and finger print. worked at first. tried reinstalling a couple times and gave up. Solved above problem by going into phone settings menu for Humana and RxMentor and deleted cache. It started working again. Lucky guess. I do have a little programming experience but goes way back to dos days. Lol hope this helps

It was working great. Now everytime I try signing in it says to maintain security your session expires after 20 minutes of inactivity. It won't change. I can't get on my app no matter what. I haven't used it in months. I uninstalled & reinstalled. I'm stuck!

I noticed some reviews stated inability to add new prescriptions. There is an arrow to pull down to switch between Rx or OTC I found no difficulty in adding either. It does seem to require correct spelling of drugs. Other than that, I'm pleased with app. Had to go search on line for spelling of a couple of buggers which is good for my brain anyway. Good little app.

When my pharmacy fills a prescription it will not let me add it to my list. I am stuck on a screen to add a medicine to my list and it will not add it so i cannot do anything else. Other than that i like the app. I like having my meds in one place but now i cannot see them for the message about adding a new med.

Says it can't find my coverage, all the other apps find it no problem. Really needs to be looked at by someone badly. If I could give it a - 10 I would. Really bad ap.

login authentication takes a very long time. loading medication takes forever (i only have 6) and no OTC drugs options. also i think this app can be intergraded in the humana app or Humana RX ap. its redundant to have 3 humana apps when you can have just have one. i find this app to be redundant and more useful in the humana rx app or humana app.

Do not download this app on your phone it is terrible, it crashes constantly No matter what you do, I am member of Humana and no matter what feedback you give, no one will fix it, If I could give it no stars I would, it's that bad.

app tells me the session has expired and to login again but I can't access . I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but still get same error msg. the app sucks.

This list might be worthwhile IF the user were a teenager, or not accustomed to taking medicine. If it had an Alarm in it, (which is what I thought and Why I downloaded it). This app is Useless to me.

Good for keeping track of your meds, but you can't delete any meds after they have been entered. You have to delete the whole app and start all over again.

After the very 1st install I got the "Your session has expired" message. Therefore, I was completely unable to get into the app.

New to Human like having a list that is easy to access . Also able to find price of meds for comparison or prior to purchase.

Can not use. Always tells me my session was ended due to inactivity before I even get started. Hope they fix this bug.

Tried 3 times to install and open this app. Signing in is a real challange. It will not open without registering each time.

Samsung S9+ Android 10 - Main functions fine. Attempting to manually add a medication results in application crash.

I have tried And tried to sign in but it keeps giving me error messages. I have even uninstalled and re installed but still same issue. Why haven't this been fixed?

Cannot sign in. Always says that checking my coverage then an error takes place. Would be a useful app if it worked properly.

Very good app to keep track of all your medications,also provides you with picture of medications.. very good app easy to use highly recommend!

great app to help with my daily medicine routine. video on every medicine on my list. I found out more without bothering a pharmacist.

Bad, Bad, Bad!!! Keeps searching for my coverage and ends up saying I dont have it!! I do! What a waste!! 😠

I like that it has my meds listed, but I think this should be on the pharmacy app. I really glad I have Humana but too many apps.

very factual giving me the information I wanted at up front at anaverage immediate glance. The only subject that wasa needed to be researched was the clinical name of the product.

Unable to log in(have recently) definition of useless if unusable. Used to track medicines__left me red-faced.

Does not let you log in. It just keeps popping up a notice "server error, try again"

This is a worthless app. All it does is let you build a list of medications you take. You cannot order or check on orders.
