out of all i tested this one is far superior.It is given valid till 23-7-16 only.After that it will become paid app? U didn't update the version with camera and no option to upload self profile pic.Update all and get 5 stars.
App not Opening. It say Username and Email invalid.
I suggest add consultant physician in specialization and provision to remove patient from database.

nice n supportable apps .simple in use
App is good. But you can't delete accidental patient entries and you can't export to excel. Little more freedom in templates is needed.
