Buggy App and not properly developed. 1. It has option to add sibling so you can add all your kids in app, it shows separate account for each kid. But when notification comes, you cannot understand for which account the notification has come. 2. When a Notification comes and you click on that notification it takes you to app. It does not take you to the actual notification in the app. It gets very difficult and frustrating to navigate through various options in app to find out where the new update has come. very slow , takes too much time to load after every click. Also it is being used very poorly by school.

I receive the school notification but when I click on it, the same page doesn't get opened and then I have to search all given options and still i dont get to see. After few hrs again i get same notification & again the same page doesn't get opened and after surfing through various options some times i get to see and some times it disappears. Because of this error we miss important notice like homework in class diary or announcement. Request to rectify

Always notifications are blank, have to search through all windows for both kids to locate what the notification was about. It is terribly inconvenient, kindly fix the bug.

I like this app...But I don't get any assignments on it, even before the Pandemic as now we are using Toppr...Activity column is sometimes empty, even though the students participate in different competitions... So, I would like to inform that the app is amazing but we need to improve a bit to make it a perfect one...

A 10th grade student can make a better app. You don't have dark theme support, all you have done is stuff html in an app, that too is pathetic, the responsiveness is slower than turtle. You can't change password, it says your password must be a minimum of "6" chars and a maximum of "0" chars. Yeah you read it right minimum 6 and maximum 0 characters. No security, no design, no theme, no material theming, no UI. Who approved this app?

Improvements required : * Notification mark should be visible on each section. *PARENT CONCERN should have option for parent to click option 'ISSUE SOLVED'. * PARENT CONCERN option should solve issues as quick as possible (atlist same day). *Live CCTV cameras for school bus and footage should have shown by this app *Need App UI (user interface) improvements

very nice and user freindly appp.. very helpful to watch for perents.. all school activities. also live classroom or study video should be uploaded periods wise so student can review after class. if he has missed in class. notification alert not working, i didnt see any important alert, it should be improved. some personality improvement rating system should be improved in this app also rate by teacher every day with attendence. parents would be aware student personalty, cleaning and health.

The notifications should directly take us to information which is posted rather than from login page. It will save time to navigate. It should also have history of information viewed and also about new or unread items to avoid any information getting missed.

Receiving too much notifications and when opening each one of it, no content is being displayed. What rubbish thing is this 😐 ! Urgent improvement needed.

Blank notifications are sent multiple times. No deep linking of the notifications to app content. Poorly designed and/or coded application. Fix these bugs on priority.

Security issue. My account was hacked today and abusive msg was sent from my account. The app does not logout automatically after closing it, even when "remember me" is not selected. Immediately make correction so that on closure of app, logout happens automatically as in other apps.

The portal is a very good app to understand about the latest things happening in our school... The only problem we get is in searching for some announcement, and hence I prefer an idea of starring or saving the important announcements so as to get it soon because the search bar doesn't help us a lot. If you could do this it would be a great help!

it was very wonderful experience for me as i was able to know all the things and keep a watch on what my child is learning especially through the activities feature so overall it was brilliant!! A humble request plzz include an option of not downloading the newer version also so that those who don't need it can not be able to download it....tq..

This app is very good..😘...but there should be an option of search for particular subjects because it is quit difficult,when we have to find out an assignment or notes,etc for any of the subject and it takes a lot of time...😖.else everything is good.

The recent update, lost the ability to add another account! How do I check portal for my other child? please fix asap!!! Dear team, do not update so frequently - UI changes can wait and be clubbed with more critical updates. Otherwise, please allow use of the app without updating - very annoying that I cannot check anything until I have updated the app, especially when low network and I quickly want to check an announcement. Other apps manage this well - you can also make it more user friendly.

I gave it 4 stars because it is really a very useful app with many features, but the problem is when I get any message it doesn't give me any notifications. First I thought there is no notifaction feature but in someone's review there was admitted that I get notifications. So that's the problem that when I get any message I do not get notifications from this application.

It has been quite good but just one suggestion please, the monthly fee payment when done online is troublesome. The options are not well described, for example it had 2 options for UPI whilst one worked and the other didn't. Kindly make it more robust. Amigos📝

1. Pop up notification alert and forwarding which was previously available but now it is not. 2. Editing profile- Cannot upload Students photo and edit other information like phone number, address,etc. 3. Speed of the app is very slow Also most important thing is that some announcements are not received by every parent subscriber. App needs much more improvement in order to make it user-friendly.

App does only provide the information which can otherwise be available offline also. Parents can't address the teachers or the administration via the app, which is quite frustrating. Must make the necessary changes to make the app more interactive. Good idea of the app though..

Many times it's not working properly specially at the exam times. Assignments uploaded by the school r not displayed. In last exam the worksheet uploaded by the teacher is still not shown in the app. But few kids got it . But it is still not showing in the app in this account. Please c the matter n fix the problem.

I'll give it 2 stars only bcoz it really needs bug fixing like whenever i open this app, it keeps on asking for new update and the 'Deny' option is not available and that is really annoying and also whenever i open the assignment section, the online assignment section opens first...that is also really frustrating...like come on.......😒😒

I will give all 5 stars as it was too. Good app about studies and all stuf but the wrong thing is when I have downloaded this app after. 1 week it was showing this not new version download newer version I don't wnat to download newer version I am happy in old version but without downloading it we can't start that app you should repair this problem

This is a very bad app and we can't do anything on this until and unless it's work is good. Many times when I open it and try to open worksheets it cant open sometimes and even not download. Class diary is in use fir last 3-4 months until parents asked to do so. Many other columns are empty. At last I want to say this app is only a piece of some words which don't know what to do.

The app should have a place from where students can download notes for all subjects. There should be a Library for notes and question answers for each subject. Without this, it becomes very difficult to search for notes before and during exams studies

this app is really good and helpful for parents. only sometime it's slow and sometime i didn't get any notifications when there is something new added like new announcements. like out of 5 announcements i got notifications only 3. i suggest to the developer to add "*" sign if there is any unopen news like new event, announcements, etc. good job so far.

The app is very good but I would love it if there was a way to contact a teacher through the app itself. The reason I want this is coz like in my case if my phone gets wiped and the contacts get deleted, I guess there's no easy way to find contact details about the concerned teacher. Maybe add the contact deets in.

This app is really good but by mistakenly it's deleted by me and when I again downloaded it and when I put my login details it is not opening it's saying that 'it is invalid details' and that's really disappointed. I request you to do something I want to see important informations of my school. So pl do something as soon as possible please.

The app developers are doing a great job because the developers have done a great job after updating the app as like before the app requires high speed net but after updating it is good that it doesn't take much time with a slow connection now there are no more infinite loading screen bugs well but there are some issues reamaining that this have some bugs .
