Ryanair - Cheapest Fares

Check-in didn't work (internal application error, unable to finish check in on website) on both flights. Lost a lot of time with application, website and chat. Payed for check-in on aeroport for 1st fly and needed intervention by support to have check-in on 2nd flight. I declared complaint but that did not change anything. Definitely not worth the hassle.

I was flying to Lisbon to get married. When I went to check in the night before on the app, it was having trouble receiving the booking. When entered in my email to the app, I then received an email saying my flight had been refunded as a duplicate booking and the option to check-in disappeared. Had to book the same seat immediately again at double the price. Unable to get a response from customer service about this or a final response letter to the complaint.

Since latest updates, the app is constantly generating an "oops, error" message when trying to book flights. Cleared cache and data etc and still not working. Mobile website is also not working. The app only seems to work when connected to WiFi. It never works using mobile data?!

I had such a wonderful experience flying with Ryanair from Copenhagen to Bergamo/Milan and back. Purchasing a seat and checking in online with the app was easy and this made my experience at the airports more smoothly. The staff and cabin crew were really helpful and friendly. I recommend everyone to check in using the app as it makes things easier at airports

My recommendation for the app matches my recommendation for the airline as a whole: avoid like the plague. Their app refused to let me check in, and the staff member at the airport then forced me to pay more than my flight cost in the first place for him enduring the terrible "inconvenience" of spending all of thirty seconds to check me in himself and print my boarding pass. Horrendous, greedy company with a bad app to boot. Do yourselves a favour and fly with literally ANYONE else instead.

I can't imagine a worse app. The check in is a nightmare, it always starts over and saves nothing. At least it's consistent with Ryanair's overall services. I will uninstall it immediately after this trip and I will never ever fly Ryanair again!!

The app repeatedly fails to check-in our son only (without even an error message). So does the website. The only free support is a FAQ and a chat bot with very limited language skills. Asking for a human operator adds your to a queue of about 2 hours: better be still looking at the screen or you loose your turn. You finally get to someone who won't help in any way unless you pay for your face to be matched to your travel document... then you realize you have to queue again for chat support.

Literally the worst design ive ever seen in an app . any time you change apps it completely deletes any flight you were in the middle of planning , but wait it gets better when trying to pay with pay pal you have to confirm the payment in 1 of 3 different ways . any of the ways you choose completely restarts everything because its another window/app Fire who ever runs this app

There is no 0 point unfortunatelly. Booked return flight with ryanair. Was unable to checkin via application because after first page the continue button was not active. Already used their service before and know how to checkin. Was the same with web. I've checked several times all done correctly. Went to airport 3 hours before flight and was waiting 40 minutes in queue before help desk. After that was charged 90€ because was not able to checkin online which was their servers problem.

I don't know what everyone is complaining about, i did 2 flight in a week and both of them went smoothly, it was cheap, the check in was easy and everything else went exactly to the plan, the plane was even ahead of their schedule both times which was amazing! I absolutely loved it. Cheap and amazing, thank you Ryanair

The basic functions of the app don't work. I can't retrieve my booking successfully - it just twirls endlessly. Tried on two different phones and had the same problem.

I downloaded the app because internet said that's how I could access my boarding pass without printing it. App said I still had to go to check in counter to print out boarding pass. Then, up until the moment of boarding, app showed the Wrong Gate!! Good thing I went to the counter and paid attention or I would've went to the wrong place - possibly missed a flight.

Great way to almost lose flights cheaply I booked a flight and wanted to check in through the app. However, when I tried doing it, it kept closing unexpectedly. I had to do it directly at the airport, where they told me if I did not have screens of the error I had to pay. The app kept closing: it means I only had screenshots of my home screen. I had to pay to avoid losing the flight

Prevents you from accessing the free check in once this opens, by displaying an error message with absolutely no information whatsoever. Have tried in several different devices, all meeting the same error. The app worked flawlessly up until the point which free check in opened, and since then has been useless. Can't help but feel this is a purposeful business tactic by Ryanair to extort more money from the customer

I am unable to log in. Message keeps telling me to click on email link to activate account. I do this and it just sends me back to the log on page where it tells me I need to verify App by clicking on the email link to activate account!! Going around in circles and no obvious way to get this fixed.

It does not work as it should be.The ticket price is not as it appears when I did the booking..it's just waste of time and money. I was forced to buy the ticket twice at a price. I seen. and it was canceled without my consent and forced me to buy the same ticket at a double price. And when I contacted customer service, my request was ignored.. it's really bad service

Intuitive and user friendly, despite the many ads. Since the last updates the app takes a very long time to load, which is not fun when you need to show the boarding card

Good but one suggestion Add a button for "save my preferences" If some people never have extras for example, or if someone always needs priority with a second bag and always reserve seats. Allow the user to use their saved preferences, or load my preferences. That way it will save everyone going through every time with either no, no, no, no or maybe yes, no, yes, no. That way, your frequent fliers can just book really quickly and hassle free as they probably always take the same options

It's easy to use BUT you cannot download the pdf of your boarding pass, which is not useful if you are doing the check-in for someone else. Something they could definitely improve.

Constantly ends the sessions, and things randomly fail with a message. One time PayPal is available another time it's not. One time the boarding passes are available on my phone, one time it says to print them from the Ryanair website, but iffers no link to the correct page, or even the Ryanair website in general.

Trying to change my return flight, when selecting new return date (correct one) system picks up completely random dates (also in 2023/2025/2027). Impossible to select correct new return date from app, will have to do it from laptop, extremely annoying

I don't really understand all of this bad review, probably If you loose your flight was your own fault. I traveled all over Europe and never ever had a single problem, flight are super cheap and safe. You are paying 5€ for a a flight tickets, i mean, what are you complaining about?

Makes everything much easier. Great app Recently keeps crashing every time I get to the page where I enter my details. This has been happening for days and all updates done. Prices are cheaper on the app for luggage than the website so trying to wait but it's really difficult to find someone to talk to about it. I mean you're a really busy airline how does this happen?

I have been trying to book my flight for the past 24hours and I keep getting the same error - payment cannot go through. I've missed out on a cheaper price because of this error. Doesn't work on laptop and doesn't work on mobile. Please fix ASAP.

Ryanair are the worst company in existence. They have a total monopoly on the industry. Tried 3 times to book a flight and it failed to go through 3 times and the price of said flights has gone up £60 since. No doubt they will be ridiculous prices by the time the website decides to accept payment. Absolute thieves.
