Ryder Tire Upload

Ryder® Tire Upload app will help the field service technicians to submit report of the work they undertake to fix the tire related issues experienced by the customers of Ryder. The app expects the field service technicians to know the location of the vehicle and the case identification number. The Tire app will also help the field service technicians to attach images/photos as a proof of the work they carried out in the field. For remote locations where network connectivity is a challenge the tire app also enables offline capability where the technicians can record the activities and submit the details later.

When selecting a photo to upload or when trying to select the camera to take the picture, the app force closes.... UPDATE!!! for those having a force close issue when you go to take the picture or select existing picture, go into your app settings, select permissions, and allow camera and storage... This fixed it for me!

Crashes when I go to upload a picture. Update***** was crashing because I needed to go into the app in my phone settings and approve access to my photos!!!

You can't upload sales and service units with this app. Please fix

Haven't been able to get any pictures to upload. Every time I try to go into my gallery or into the camera it stops the app.

Cannot upload pictures. When I try to, the dang thing just crashes. Every. Single. Time.
