It shows fuel prices everywhere EXCEPT Ryder shops. It does not show your location on the map. You shouldn't have to switch to Google maps in attempt to figure out where you are. WHY? Every other app in the world shows your location. Makes no sense.
I tried checking in multiple times. Got all the way to the "Almost done" screen and that's it. The end. There was no way to finish checking in. Useless waste of time.
Useless. You go through a whole process to initiate a service and then there is no way to enter all of it. It never actually starts the repair process. It's better to just bang on the door or call on the phone. I uninstalled 5 minutes after installing.
App doesn't recognize my truck, and when it does it doesn't keep the info. Poor excuse for a app. It's always unreliable.
Great Service at Ryder in Grand Prairie Tx; Tony the manager was very helpful.
2 glaring issues: 1. doesn't automatically display locations when I move the map to a location other than my current location. 2. Details dont display business hours if location is closed for the day. Not exactly helpful if you want my business.
This app is almost worthless. I can't get my reports and now I am broke down and can't get help through the app. I have been on hold for 14 minutes on the phone and am number 5 in line.....ridiculous!!
Can't manual put tractor vin number or tractor number in, an the app won't scan any of the barcodes.
Not too great...a pickup here and there. Could be better organized up to date.

You guys should make the app show Ryder fuel, rentals and services along a given route not just in general areas. This would be helpful to ryder driver employees, lease operators or rental truck operators.
It takes a good minute and a half just to get to the login, then logging in takes forever. The whole app is designed poorly and needs to be revamped and open as soon as you tap the app
I don't want to login. I drive a Ryder lease truck and I just want to know where the Fuel locations are like the old Ryder app used to be.
App is slow and buggy. Keeps booting me off and I have to start over from scratch. I have a Samsung Note 20 Ultra, so I dont think it's a computing power issue. Web portal is also slow when pulling up all my assets. Can't wait to see what's in store in the next version.
